Great service. Dr Gauri in emergency is the best doctor that I have ever seen. Very caring and passionate doctor. No need to wait very long and the doctor took extra effort to fasten our blood test result and very professional. Thumbs up.

So expensive and too bad service. I went there to check my back pain. The doctor just listened to my explaination with out any further physical or movements checkups. He was fine by only pointing his finger to the pain spot that I showed him and then diagnose the pain. I PAID (148RM) only for consultations and (40RM) for pain relief. WHAT THE HELL!

Very rude staff. Was promised a call for my x-ray results and I waited an entire day for them to call me. When I finally called them at 4.30pm, and asked why wasn't I called as promised, the fella on the phone called me orang bodoh and was cursing me in BM and then refused to speak to me by putting me on hold. This was done repeatedly. This is very unprofessional and I am very disheartened that this is the kind of service we get from a Medical Centre that we pay money for.

Been to their centre few times because they open 24 hours and I can say the nurses do a good job. Can't say the same for their doctors who just ask one or two questions and march you out to pay for overpriced consultations and medications. I've also encountered the same doctor working night shift that's really unenthusiastic and couldn't be bothered to give a proper diagnosis. Turns out the medication given didn't help at all. Just terrible, that was the last straw which made me decide not to return again. If you're having a bad health issue I suggest you go somewhere else because this centre is not trustworthy.

I called the main line to find out more about their Wellness packages, and they cannot even understand what i want. And they simply just transferred my call all over, to a Registration Counter staff, who cannot even tell me properly that the Wellness Centre hours are over.
The first impression of this hospital is bad, staff cannot speak basic English and understand what u are talking. And the tone sounded impatient.

Being charged RM 212 for consultation fee. I am having a sore throat and there is no special test or equipment being used during the consultation (besides the digital thermometer). The total charge is RM265.50 with a bottle of Difflam Forte Anti-Inflammatory Throat Spray given. I can't accept this but I don't think there is an appropriate way for me to escalate this. In short, this hospital (or perhaps just the outpatient department) is way too commercial. Unless you are fully covered by insurance, I will definitely recommend you to another hospital.

Waited since 1100am till 0145pm just for them to approve my insurance before I can be admitted. The staff is not efficient at all. Before I get admitted im most probably will be dead by waiting.
