Scammer alert! Very bad customer service and didnt reply messages and still not able to confirm our trip one month before departure.and they changed our original departure date without informing and now refuse to refund our deposits.if can rate zero star, we will rate it at ZERO.dont ever use this tour company unless you want to get con.

Bad experience. Rachel did a super quick job for me- started pedicure for me later than my friend after counting her MYR at the counter. Did not wash her hands after handling all those MYR.finished much earlier than my friend. She told me she was ‘fast’ but I felt she did a slipshod pedicure and manicure for me. Also stop mid way to go get something and talking with other manicurist. Did not see if I needed help stepping off the high platform. Won’t ever recommend the shop to friends.
Recently, I have no choice to enter Klinik Pergigian Chong after office hour because of accidentally bite a bone and caused my tooth to split to get extracted. This is an old Klinik that existed many years at Seri Petaling, without improvement of its image, but as for me, this is my first visit. Yes it kinds of pricy, and further note to say, it a worst experience I have encountered in private klinik whereby the Doctor Chong not professional enough to protect patient while he doing it dental work on me. Before he does, the "THIN" nurse just place a small piece of napkin over me, and when he started, whatever he does, it splashes all over my face. His nurse like a ROBOT, don't even bother to hand me a tissue to wipe, even water to rinse the mouth. I have to wait to whether his dental work is justifiable or not.
Great place to enjoy your free time. Got myself alot gift from here. Staff are friendly, Supervisor also very good person. They willing to teach you how to play

I booked a tour with Dhesu Travels to Bali during CNY 2024 holidays. 8 adults and 3 children were travelled. I was served by Mr. Deno minasi. The trip wasn’t as pleasant as we expected since the 1st day we arrived in Bali. We were staying in The One Legian Hotel in Kuta town. The rooms were small and dirty. We had to ask for linen change at 2am. I had so much trouble changing the rooms for next 3 days stay. The hotel management blamed the tour agent and vice versa. The food arrangements were so bad. We were not served with any Bali traditional / famous food. The tour guide scammed us by asking to pay higher tips to the drivers in Nusa Panida and the massage centre girls. The tour guide only took us to purchase places where he gets commission. He didn’t entertain my request to take us to local market to buy incense sticks. With all these disappointment, I contacted Mr Deno once return. Unfortunately to my surprise, Mr Deno was very rude to me. He did not apologise to me and was very harsh to me. I have travelled many parts of the world with other tour agents. But this is worst experience with Dhesu Travels. (MR. Deno)
Why don’t you delete Jln Telawi branch where it has been closed for ages! You are misleading public. We have wasted our time going there.

The owner was very helpful in answering my queries and in arranging for the session. You can reserve a slot by paying a deposit and they'll even reserve a parking lot for you. You can ask them for help to take pictures for you.
During the session proper, there were many reference paintings to choose from. The instructor provided many pointers, teaching by giving a quick demo, and then letting us paint on our own. Plenty of drinks and snacks were available. We had a chocolate drink, coffee, a can of coke, some snacks, and two glasses of wine (one per pax).
Friendly boss/staff. They explained the problem well and inform necessary info before proceeding the repair.
