Please be careful when admitting using insurance. They will ask u to do all sorts of tests and said its covered. But if your final diagnosis is not related to the test, they will ask you to pay instead. Good service but scam money.

I WAS ASKED TO DO ECG AND DR SAID SHE REMEMBERED CLEARLY ORDERING TESTS THAT WERE RELATED TO MY CONDITION. I even asked the DR if it would be covered on the day and they said YES. Are you seriously suggesting that I shld have decline treatment when im sick at that moment and mind you with given info that everything is covered? PLEASE do your research before you blatantly reply to this review. You have no idea what happened fully and I am truly, TRULY disappointed because overall experience here was okay but this credit issue is really out of words to describe.

The tests were done by doctor’s orders and i was CONVINCED it was covered. Almost after a month of the test suddenly u came back asking for payment stating it wasnt covered because its not related to final diagnosis? How is that not cheating? If I had known its uncovered I wouldnt have proceed!

You guys even asked me to go and find panel clinic to create a referral letter stating i need ECG test, and BACKDATE it to 3/8/2023. How unprofessional is that? Maybe to you rm120 is a small amount but you have no idea how hard it is to earn it. Easy for you to say to cover your image as a medical centre. I am done and disappointed.

Credit control said I can claim the amount with insurance. How is that possible when they mentioned that in order for the insurance to be covered I needed the Guarantee/Referral letter from panel clinic. Meaning if its a pay and claim basis I still need the Guarantee letter which is an impossible thing? Yet i STILL came in and paid to stop you guys from calling me every week asking for payment status. The damage is done. I hope I never visit here again.

Today I went to the hospital and received an excellent medical treatment from the respected doctor, Gauri. She was very helpful doctor.
Miss, Mardhiah was professional and excellent in her work. She was generous and classy with a wonderful and very respectful personality.

Alhamdulillah, everything was smooth especially from lab department. Mr Nordin & ms nurin were very nice & blood taking didn’t feel any pain. Will come again. Thank you TDMC!

Team Nurin and CS Staffs of KMI TDMC have done above and beyond for the customers. Very friendly, informative and accommodating. It's rare to see customer service personnel like that. Keep it up! They deserve a huge pat on the backs.

However I wish to bring upon the Management's attention to foreign workers that's coming for checkup, they do not wear masks into the hospital, posing potential risks to the other patients and staffs. Please ENFORCE this with Fomema or whomever the Management engaged with.

Call was picked up promptly.
The nurses, doctor, cashier and pharmacist speak nicely, patiently and in a professional manner.
Had some waiting time at the ER but still within the expected timing.
Overall pleasant experience.

Pagi ni pergi Tmn Desa Hospital buat blood test.masa tu agak panic.tapi Rosnah dari Lap test tenangkan saya.dia memang sabar dan terang dengan jelas apa yang saya perlu. Accompany mom to TDMC for follow up check up, Nordin who helps to take the blood test is very friendly and patient. Good service.

1st time admit di hospital ni.servis yg bagus. Emergency department is very efficient. Saya di kendalikan oleh Dr Bennet di department tersebut, beliau sangat cekap dan pantas dengan tugas beliau. Saya dipantau oleh Dr Christ. Dr Christ menjelaskan dengan terang tentang penyakit saya. Beliau juga sabar menjawab segala persoalan saya.
Staff nurse pula sgt sopan dan prihatin sepanjang sy di hospital ini. Melayan segala karenah saya tanpa banyak soal. Department mengambil darah juga sangat pantas. En Nordin sangat mesra dan lemah lembut ketika mengambil darah. Saya tidak merasa sakit langsung. Nak komen pasal makanan semasa saya admit agak sukar, kerana penyakit saya memerlukan saya berpantang dari segi makanan. Promp attention given by Dr Lim Meng Keonq and the staff of KMI. Dr Lim has been the Paed for all my 3 children, and he is best Dr I have ever known. Staff are friendly

Mr. Nordin took my blood sample on 2 Nov 2022 2.30pm. He was friendly and professional in carrying out the procedure. It was the most painless I've ever experienced, plus there was no bruising on my arm where the needle went in.

Was assisted by Ms. Tamilselvi to get my usual blood test done at KMI Tmn Desa Medical Center. Fast & efficient on a weekday appointment basis.

Slow service. Not friendly staff and also it is overly charged. Will not step my foot here ever again.

Level of attention and way they speak to you differs on your financial background. I was tapping to co insurance tthen decided to head of elsewhere.
