Klinik tanglin ok je cuma yg tak ok bilik penyusuan macam bilik stor, tempat simpan kotak and flyers.da la sempit, panas and tertutup macam bilik stor.tak selesa langsung.tempat tukar lampin pun tak ada, yg ada kerusi buruk macam nk patah and berbau.emm minta sangat improve bahagian ni ye.
I called them for an enquiry regarding my appointment and they answer the call. They only told hello and ask me to wait on the line I did wait for 5 minutes thn they hang up the call suddenly without responding to my questions.bad customer service

Just went for a visit on 21st December. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the medical officer that attended to me, Dr Nesaletchumy. In my experience being attended to by medical officers in government clinics/hospitals, Dr Nesa is by far the rudest and most ill-mannered I have ever met. The whole session was just her interrupting me every few seconds, then she had the guts to even tell me (in the most rude way), “I cannot give you a referral letter if you don’t give me a valid reason. ” Umm I was in the middle of explaining but of course she would not have known that as she kept interrupting.
No human being should behave this way, ESPECIALLY when you are a doctor tending to patients. Even if you are having a bad day, you should NEVER take it out on your patients. I hope that this never happens. As for me, I will never step foot into Klinik Kesihatan Tanglin ever again.
Waiting period is acceptable. Customer service is good.
All these while i have always opt for private clinic/hospital. And now, this would be my choice ever since visited here in Q3 2022.

It’s located near to Masjid Negara, which is walking distance from LRT Pasar Seni / KTM Kuala Lumpur (approx. 20 min walking)
If you’re driving, there is free car park opposite the clinic where you can see wild monkey lingering around.
Give appointment 2pm and come here the guard not allowed in as the door only open at 2.45 and ask to sit down outside tent. Very hot and requested to guard got one fan over there ask him open he said cannot. 2022 the service still like this way.
Saya called klinik tanglin untuk Tanya berkenaan rawatan anak.tapi jawapan dari yg angkat aduhaiii annoying nye. Org tnya jawab elok2x la.rsa nak Jak maki tp Sabar Jak la. Tp overall okey la staff yg lain.cuma kalau yg angkat call tu hurmm.
A bit skeptic at first due to common stereotypes about government health service but boy I was wrong! Yes you need to wait slightly longer compared to a private facility but not for nothing. Your number will be called out swiftly and organized. The staff are ready to assist and all polite. Well done and keep it up!
Saya suka service klinik kesihatan tanglin, kalau demam tu dia ada sediakan fever center just pergi situ daftar nama pastu jumpa nurse dia ckp demam apa semua pastu jumpa doktor. Doktor dia baik peramah bagi penerangan yang jelas. Nak ambik ubat pun cepat. Very recommended!
1 of the best Gov Health Facility I've ever been to, from the main registration counter, triage, the doctors in the consultation room up tp the counsellor, enough said THUMBS UP.
Came here much earlier (7.15am) and ample
of free parking space in-front of Kk Tanglin/Nasi lemak tanglin. Waited until 7.30am to be allowed in. Then waited till 8am for dental clinic to open.
Since i walked in & came very warly, process was smooth and fast. By 8.30am did my treatment. 8.45am done. Good service by staff. Polite also.
Everything goes well here except the waiting period is very long. From registration, doctor's treatment and getting the medicine from the pharmacy, it will take 2-3 hours for sure. Something has to be done. Not even public transportation is available here.

Bagus dan terbaik KK ni. Tempat parking ada, service pun cepat x smpai sejam da siap semua and layanan semua staff baik dan mesra. Mungkin sbb pergi awal dlm pkul 8.30. Cuma direction dalam area klinik agak mengelirukan. Tapi xpe sbb tanya je staff kat situ dorang akan bagi direction. Disbb first time datang, terus tanya kat staff kat pintu masuk klinik.
So far my overall experience is good.a lot of people come.dont expect much since you are looking for cheap option.stop being retarded people who kept complaining on what they should get without thinking how much they have gave to others.lets stop being no-brain socmed worshipers
Went there for the first time for booster shot. Location to where we are supposed to go was small and unclear. The font used were too small to be seen from afar. No staff to guide us for registration. Room for vaccination was small and only 1 corner of the room is being used for vaccination. 2-3 nurses were on duty to give the vaccination. Booster Pfizer was given at the clinic. Perhaps the signs can be larger to help guide us to the location of vaccination.
I went here to get an allergic reaction checked. All the staff and even the patients were friendly and professional to me. Had my diagnosis, treatment, and medication dispensed within 30 mins or so.
Kudos to the team here.
