45Bad customer service. Children of patience ask for a solution in polite manner. But the nurse just choose to be answering with an annoyed tone. Well! This is how other government clinics get bad impression. Just by an attitude problem by some who is too busy being selfish about whatever problem she’s facing at work and apparently one of the person servicing at the front office.
Fast service and very polite staff. For better parking space, just go there afternoon or evening because in the morning people just park to go to foodcourt. Yes HIV test is available here, and it takes around 20 minutes (plus it does not need any prior appointment. Just walk in). Very efficient service!
Very dedicated & excellent service. The attitude of the staff & doctors are highly commendable!
To all the Doctors, nurses, admin staff, front office, Lab's, radiographer and pharmacy, all of you deserve a KUDOS! A very committed, excellent and exemplary team.
I have been to many KK (Cheras / Ampang /Tanglin) and have observed the total customer service behavior in this various locations, having been a Quality Systems Manager for 26 years in a MNC my expectations are very high and am very observant in the aspects of service and customer focus behaviors in the Public service sector.
I take upon myself to speak for those who agree with me but didn't had the time to "Congratulate" the team in KKT. " Thank you and keep the motivation going with your caring service and smiling faces.
My Rating for KKT is 5/5 and i suggest that other KK's should Benchmark KKT. (Specially Ampang).
