I went to remove my wristband. They have allocated a parking spot opposite of the Klinik for Release Order procedure.

I arrived at 2.05pm. And completed the process (queueing and MySejahtera verification) in 5 minutes. Very fast and efficient. Thumbs up to the front liner.

Finally found this new place to cut my pink ribbon, potong gelang, fast and efficient. They just moved recently.

Went there to send my father for pfizer booster on Friday. My father had been waited for 45 mins to get the jab.

The people who queued up there were mostly elderly and pregnant women.
They had to stand beside the road and under the sun while lining up. No chair no fan for them. Pity them.

Moreover, only 2 staffs were giving the injection.

My suggestion:
1. Please deploy more staffs.
2. Provide a suitable waiting area for the people.
3. Reduce the people who take jabs per day.

Went around 12 noon to register my husband. All done so fast-registration took less than 2 minutes-saw docs within 10 minutes. Did an ecg & collected meds by 1 pm

Went here for allergic injection and paid only RM1 for registration.the staffs and doctors here are friendly and helpful.but the downside, you have to be patiently wait for your number to be called since there's many patients here.my appointment was at 845am and settled at 1035am.btw, you have to book your appointment in MySejahtera app (Encoremed) to get your treatment done smoothly

Call banyak kali tak angkat, bila dah jawab, kurang ajar, nak tanya pun, gaya marah2, siap membebel lagi kt belakang, ingat aku tak dengar ke, faham la tengah stress, tapi tak salahkan cakap elok2. Worst klinik ever!

Dokter tidak memahami masalah pesakit.saya pergi klinik ini sebab sakit kepala tapi yang diambil endah hanya sakit mata dan saya disuruh pergi ke hkl untuk cek mata sedangkan. Saya sakit kepala yang amat teruk sampai rasa nak pitam. MC pn x bg UBAT pun x dpt. Hanya dapat penat menunggu dan sia² sahaja

Bad attitude petugas doktor. Saya dimalukan terang-terangan. Nasib mood baik this morning utk tidak mbalas hujahan.

Kenapa klinik ni tak angkat phone.sy dan famili kena covid n positive call kkm tangling kenapa tak jawab.apa nak buat ni.call hospital mereka kata ken call klinik sampai dpt skrg da call bnyk kali tapi tak ada org jawab.

Yang jawab call tu rude sangat. Kalau takde mood nk jawab tak yah kerja lah, pergi mereput sana

Cuba la rajin2 bertanya.tahu la bz.ni terbangak2 ibu2 bwk baby nak letak borong utk ambil darah.serta warga Tua.

Staff nurses not convey their professional values as nurses. Really frustrated, Pegawai Kesihatan Daerah mohon berikan motivasi serta nasihat untuk bersikap lebih profesional dimasa akan datang. Sekiranya isu ini tidak ditangani ianya akan menjejaskan kualiti perkhidmatan. Saya pesakit astma dan pertama kali dtg untuk dpatkan rawatan di klinik ini (berhampiran dengan office).

Worst service ever. Won't come here anymore. Doctor and nurses didn't take your illness seriously. Wasting my time. Better go elsewhere.

25.10.19.very poor service.not much patience but its too slow moving to each counters.most nurses bisy buying food frm bazaar out thr.in working hrs.ony at gov hospitals/clinics n offices tis things happens.such lazy workers.

A very good clinik.but is impossible to get them online.i spent an hour dailing up.nobody puts up to help me changing appointment for physiotherapy

Waiting so long.almost 2 hours just to fill form doctor signature for HIV test. Room 2 and 3.bad service.turn numerical system also not work for certain room.need to improve

A well equipped clinic For x ray, eye checkup, blood test & pharmacy. This clinic is very systematic and has very good process. There's a dental clinic too. Very popular amongst the Bkt Aman personnel, DBKL and neighbouring residents. This place has a food court and famous Nasi Lemak Tanglin is popular spot. There are fruit vendors selling local fruits, cut fresh fruits stall, nuts and dried fruits stall and many other stalls like clothing and stall selling homemade biscuits etc.

For HIV screening, can just walk in direct to room 9 and skip the registration. Nice staff and doctor.

I have no complain when it comes to the staff and doctors there. But the ladies toilet is another story. Both toilets are in such sad and shameful state. One with door but no latch, one even with the door totally dysfunctional and just left there.

Wanted to get a HIV test. Waited 30 minutes at registration. They register me to see a doctor first, tell me to wait the line to doctor first for one hour more which gonna cost me 10$ for an appointment I don't need. The doctor will then decide what STDs to do an send me to nurse to another office to wait one more line. I bailed out after registration.
