45I called them for an enquiry regarding my appointment and they answer the call. They only told hello and ask me to wait on the line I did wait for 5 minutes thn they hang up the call suddenly without responding to my questions.bad customer service

Give appointment 2pm and come here the guard not allowed in as the door only open at 2.45 and ask to sit down outside tent. Very hot and requested to guard got one fan over there ask him open he said cannot. 2022 the service still like this way.
Saya called klinik tanglin untuk Tanya berkenaan rawatan anak.tapi jawapan dari yg angkat aduhaiii annoying nye. Org tnya jawab elok2x la.rsa nak Jak maki tp Sabar Jak la. Tp overall okey la staff yg lain.cuma kalau yg angkat call tu hurmm.
Call banyak kali tak angkat, bila dah jawab, kurang ajar, nak tanya pun, gaya marah2, siap membebel lagi kt belakang, ingat aku tak dengar ke, faham la tengah stress, tapi tak salahkan cakap elok2. Worst klinik ever!
Dokter tidak memahami masalah pesakit.saya pergi klinik ini sebab sakit kepala tapi yang diambil endah hanya sakit mata dan saya disuruh pergi ke hkl untuk cek mata sedangkan. Saya sakit kepala yang amat teruk sampai rasa nak pitam. MC pn x bg UBAT pun x dpt. Hanya dapat penat menunggu dan sia² sahaja

Kenapa klinik ni tak angkat phone.sy dan famili kena covid n positive call kkm tangling kenapa tak jawab.apa nak buat ni.call hospital mereka kata ken call klinik sampai dpt skrg da call bnyk kali tapi tak ada org jawab.

Staff nurses not convey their professional values as nurses. Really frustrated, Pegawai Kesihatan Daerah mohon berikan motivasi serta nasihat untuk bersikap lebih profesional dimasa akan datang. Sekiranya isu ini tidak ditangani ianya akan menjejaskan kualiti perkhidmatan. Saya pesakit astma dan pertama kali dtg untuk dpatkan rawatan di klinik ini (berhampiran dengan office).
Worst service ever. Won't come here anymore. Doctor and nurses didn't take your illness seriously. Wasting my time. Better go elsewhere.

Waiting so long.almost 2 hours just to fill form doctor signature for HIV test. Room 2 and 3.bad service.turn numerical system also not work for certain room.need to improve
I have no complain when it comes to the staff and doctors there. But the ladies toilet is another story. Both toilets are in such sad and shameful state. One with door but no latch, one even with the door totally dysfunctional and just left there.
Wanted to get a HIV test. Waited 30 minutes at registration. They register me to see a doctor first, tell me to wait the line to doctor first for one hour more which gonna cost me 10$ for an appointment I don't need. The doctor will then decide what STDs to do an send me to nurse to another office to wait one more line. I bailed out after registration.
Just went for a visit on 21st December. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the medical officer that attended to me, Dr Nesaletchumy. In my experience being attended to by medical officers in government clinics/hospitals, Dr Nesa is by far the rudest and most ill-mannered I have ever met. The whole session was just her interrupting me every few seconds, then she had the guts to even tell me (in the most rude way), “I cannot give you a referral letter if you don’t give me a valid reason. ” Umm I was in the middle of explaining but of course she would not have known that as she kept interrupting.
No human being should behave this way, ESPECIALLY when you are a doctor tending to patients. Even if you are having a bad day, you should NEVER take it out on your patients. I hope that this never happens. As for me, I will never step foot into Klinik Kesihatan Tanglin ever again.
Went there for the first time for booster shot. Location to where we are supposed to go was small and unclear. The font used were too small to be seen from afar. No staff to guide us for registration. Room for vaccination was small and only 1 corner of the room is being used for vaccination. 2-3 nurses were on duty to give the vaccination. Booster Pfizer was given at the clinic. Perhaps the signs can be larger to help guide us to the location of vaccination.
Went there to send my father for pfizer booster on Friday. My father had been waited for 45 mins to get the jab.
The people who queued up there were mostly elderly and pregnant women.
They had to stand beside the road and under the sun while lining up. No chair no fan for them. Pity them.
Moreover, only 2 staffs were giving the injection.
My suggestion:
1. Please deploy more staffs.
2. Provide a suitable waiting area for the people.
3. Reduce the people who take jabs per day.
