Rather slow. Unlike other European car brand, there is no staff serving you while waiting for your car service, such as offering you drinks and snacks.
0, lost my service booklet and have no record of my 2018. I have been following up with them for no less than 4 times. Just yesterday their staffs gave me 3 different service dates for 2018! Seriously and amazingly screwed up for a brand like Volvo!
A few times I have visited this branch but the sales staff are never ever interested in approaching a potential woman buyer who walks into the showroom alone. They live in the Dark Ages. I get a totally different reception when I walk I to other car showrooms. They probably think I can't afford your cars. Your loss Volvo!

Came to check on some issues regarding my father's volvo. Sevice person was very welcoming. Sales person not so. If only they can improve on that.

Receiption lady Kak Faridah is super friendly. SA (service advisor) Mr Dina and Workshop Mr Leong are among the best personnel: super friendly, informative, communicative & helpful. They will go extra mile.
Service advisor is poor. No follow up with customer. If the person in-charge of ur car is out, no 1 will take over. Need to keep calling to find out about the status of the car.

I purchased a brand new Volvo S80 from this company (their Johor Branch) and have been waiting for more than a year for them to fix a City Security System problem. They've had the car in their service centre six times and each time the 'repair' has failed to fix the fault, so I continue to drive it with safety warnings. Service staff have several times made assurances that have not been honoured and are unresponsive. This is the worst 'servicing' I have received on any car I have owned. Totally unacceptable. I will never buy another Volvo, or any car from Federal Auto.
Terrible service center. Literally i called 20 times for 3 days at different time to make a book. But not answering. Should be prompt to listen customers complaints since when customers calling to service center, it means they have problems on their volvo and already got annoyed with that but even when they are lazy to get their calls, it makes them more upset. You got it volvo?
