Another LOUSY Volvo service centre in Malaysia. Some staffs should be sent to etiquette courses by the management there. Very bad service and slowest response especially by admin staffs in their office. They are not helping you.
Adviser asha was very helpful to me and attended to my urgent needs to have the car looked at immediately. She was very proactive which enabled me to collect my car within the stipulated time. I was also impressed by the courteous front desk service of hannah who answered my inquiries promptly and was very polite on the phone

Went for yearly service recently. Thank you Mr. Dina for a smooth and pleasant experience. I received the quotation a day before the service. He went through the service list and quotation after car inspection. Timely update on car service status and delivery time. Keep it up Dina!
The place is clean and friendly. The staffs were very nice with service mind. Especially Ms Hana and Asha. Both are attentive, friendly and patience. Feel relaxing while talk to them. Your jobs are excellent!
I've been there twice. First time back in 2017 when interested to buy V40. No body attend even after 15 minutes in the showroom with zero customer around. I ended up walking next door to VW and booked a Tiguan. Second time was in Dec 2020. I was interested to buy XC60. I went there with my wife and after 10 to 15 minutes, no body attend to us. Only one customer was there being attended by a sales person. The rest must be playing games or busy with their phone.
I ended up placing a booking with another Volvo dealer. Very bad customer services.
If one has a choice pls find other Volvo specialist to do your car. They charge more than double compared to other specialist and not providing VIP service as expected. BMW would have loan me a car to drive back. Federal Auto gets me to walk to lrt station. My last with them.
Too expensive i had to come again for the same issues. RM470 to fix tyre valve and change blown fuses. And im not sure if they are actually fixed. We will see.
Here I have a question, first I bought the Oden Rims (please refer to my picture included) from Federal Auto Volvo and the original rim will be taken over by Federal Auto Volvo or will it be mine?
The second question is why are my tire sports rims installed in the 2017 production year instead of 2020?
The service centre at Volvo Glenmarie is almost always very busy at any time of the day. However, if you have made an appointment, you will be attended to promptly. I find the desk staff to be exceptionally friendly. Waiting time may be protracted depending on the number of persons who had come before you, and also the nature of the problems with their cars. However, they have a cozy corner where you can have a drink and pastries while you wait. The service personnel who had attended to me were very professional and helpful. Asha who heads this team is a gem. I also had the pleasure of having been attended to by a very pleasant young man by the name of Sri Visagan. Mr Sri goes out of his way to ensure that all my needs and requirements are met. He updates me on the progress of the work done on my car through WhatsApp messages, even after office hours! With that kind of commitment and professionalism, it has always been a pleasure for me to bring my car for servicing here. I would recommend this establishment to all Volvo car owners.
The salesperson doesnt even greet you nor care about your presence. Do consider visiting Volvo Setia Alam for better service.

Ample parking available. The Volvo Sales Advisor also very friendly, helpful and supportive.
The showroom also very kids friendly and clean. The kids can play while you focus on viewing the car.
You may request for test drive for any Volvo Car from Sales Advisor. Just need your Identity Card/ Passport and your valid driving license.

Disappointed with the service from this branch overall. It does seems like the whole branch is badly managed without any standard operating procedure.
It started with this morning before I come for my service, when I called to ask if there is any food provided in this branch so that I could prepare for it if it is not provided. The service operator after asking for my car details etc had to pass my line to another person just to answer a simple question that is "do you provide any food in your branch". This could be down to phone line issue or whatever, and this is a small issue which I can accept.
Then, moment I arrived at the branch the security had to ask for my driving license to copy my details. And he even asked for my contact number. I am confused as I have never been requested for driving license card and phone number before going for my service. I am not sure why do you need sure details in the first place. Should he should just counter check my car number plate with their service for the day and direct me to service bay instead?
Thirdly once I past the guard, I have trouble knowing what to do next as the sign directed us to the service & parts by U turn which I have done. Once done, I am stucked at a dead end and had to reverse all the way and left puzzled what to do next. Thankfully I have bumped into an employee that instructed me to park at a spot. It will be helpful if there is any signs to inform to park at the designated parking bay for us that come for our service.
Once arrived inside the reception, again we are not sure where is the service department and we had to ask and they pointed to the service. The sign should be clear for us.
I have arrived earlier (10.47am) than my 11.00am appointment which they have kindly provided me with food and coffee. But after 11.10am, I still have to wait for my turn and they told me I am in the queue. Before my turn at approximately 11.15 I have also seen another old man complaining to the service agent about the speed of their service and I am glad I am not the only one here that is disappointed.
Once I have reached my turn, the service personnel attitude is very sub par as he did not even try to check with his superior about my request to check my tyres and have just told me outright that it will be a chargeable service item. I have complained that this might be a quality issue from Volvo. I will be glad if you could at least listen to your customer and divert my request at least to the management about my complain, not just decline outright like this.
I hope Federal Auto can take this as an constructive criticism instead of just a regular complain. However, I think I have lost my confidence in this dealership.
Bad experience with federal auto glenmarie.waited one whole day just to get my car serviced for first 20km service, despite having appoitment.been asked to come on other day for other defects complains.staff not friendly nor helpful at all.
The guard house is filtering and monitoring customers in and out entering the showroom premise. Why do i need to show you my driving licence?
Waited so long to have my car serviced. Couch/sofa not comfortable. Air-condition not effective causing the lobby to be very warm. Not sure why, but I think the servicing procedure/work efficiency could be better. Updating of software takes 2 hours. Alignment/balancing takes 2 hours.
