Experienced a great service, by Volvo servicing advisor Dina at Federal Auto.

Reminder sent promptly, when I almost forgot my service appoinment. With estimated cost shared in advance.
Eventhough car service took slightly longer, 9.30 am till 3.30 pm. He offered a room for me to work. Even offered me a lunch on him.
Dina promptly advised on the service done & also on upcoming service which need to be done. I love the goodie bag.

I have been using my XC90 since 2016. It's my first Volvo. Needless to say its the most best experience I had on my automotive journey.
I have recently visited Federal Auto Glenmarie and been assisted by Cik Hanis Athirah. She has helped to to resolve the service plus wear n tear issue of the car. Hanis is indeed a very peoples person and has helped me beyond her work time to get the car resolved even on a public Holiday.
