Volvo Glenmarie by Federal Auto Cars

1) I sent my Volvo for a walk-in service inquiry recently in the morning. The car has been showing a message about low battery condition for a few days.
2) I was greeted by a lady at one of the counters and was then referred to Ms. Sharan (customer advisor). Ms Sharan was very polite, sharp looking and elegant. She explained to me the process as I was curious on how long the service would take as it was only a battery issue and expressed to her my hope that it could be resolved before 5 pm on the same day. Ms. Sharan then invited me to have a seat at the sofa while she attended to another customer.
3) The coffee lady then came near me and was kind to offer me a cuppa. However, I wished the centre also serves light refreshments, such as nasi leak and curry puffs.
4) Whilst waiting, I kept asking Ms. Sharan on the repair progress and she entertained my questions politely with a smile each time. My experience with Ms. Sharan was a pleasant one and I Joe to be attended by her again next time. Thank you Volvo for employing Ms. Sharan.

All my queries are well explained. Most importantly, he even answer and clarify my doubts regardless of time. I sent my XC40 on 4/9 for repairs and repainting for a dented bonnet and mudguard. Sri Visagan attended to me and I was completely satisfied with his explanation as to the work scope. He's friendly and cordial. He also kept me updated on the work in progress. Keep up the good work Sri! You're one of the reasons why we keep coming back these past 4 years.

Im consumer of Volvo S60 2022 model. Do you know such brand new car having misfire? My experience on 30th Dec 2022, I have visited Glenmarie Volvo service centre prior to that I WhatsApp the service consultant however no response hence I visited directly. I understand no prior appointment and walk-in due to emergency, the service consultant said either return the car or come back next week as fully booked appointment. My concern is simple to have 1st level diagnosis to confirm the issue however still refused my concern. In addition, refuse for courtesy car till the issue fixed. I left the service centre and finally managed get appointment in Ara damansara Swedish Volvo centre as part of authorised dealer. The service consultant willing to help me out to check despite fully booked appointments for the day. My concern here why not helpful in Glenmarie service centre? At last I get some root cause of the issue and concerns.

The issue of Volvo malfunction in lowest mileage has been escalated to Sweden HQ to get some feedback.

We’ve been servicing our cars for over 6 years now with FA Glenmarie. Mr. Dinagaran has always delivered on our needs & we appreciate the work done for our cars. Credit to Mr. Nantha’s leadership & truth be told, I’ve serviced our cars close to 20 times at FA simply because of Dina, Nantha & their service team at the backend. Thank you for keeping us safe.
