Playground for kids inside. Spacious and airy feeling. Staffs are friendly. Parking maybe a bit tight if you come late but I don' think they will clamp as long as we park inside the premise.

I think I preferred Toyota Temerloh (fast services and cleanliness). Apparently after two hours of major services. It’s quite disappointing on the car cleanliness. On a side note, the front counter services offered friendly and fast services. Thanks!

Nice center, have play station for kids. The staff very informative and kind. The nearby roads quite busy, cannot speed so much for test drive

Many better than other used car dealers. Many varieties of cars selection. I bought my Camry 7 years ago from here, now still running. Of course the car prize higher about 10%.

There are 2 persons at the customer service counter. 1 talking to her phone, another 1 looking down to his phone screen like praying. Not friendly at all. Im like talking to the table and chair there and its 9.45am, still fresh. Hope toyota look at this matter strictly

Car servicing service is good. Not too crowded. Better to make appointment first before sending your car for service.

Problem 1: Personel belongings went missing during different visits.
1st time, my windscreen cleaning cloth went missing after sent for service (although they managed to find back after few days finding, but still very unattentive)
2nd time, they threw away my replacement air filter without informing. It is common sense that anything in the car is my belonging, not to mention this is expensive item which cost me approx 400 to purchase it. I cannot imagine how can that item be seen as 'trash' that need to be throw away. Customer Service manager Mr Tee fully denied their responsibility.ignorant atitude as well. A customer service manager who focus on company wellbeing instead of customer problem & welfare. Shame on you.

Problem 2: Not taking customer request seriously. Demanded and reminded staff thrice to install built in smarttag on specific spots so that it can be detected at toll, when collect the car it is installed at the wrong spot (which mean our request has been ignored totally). Not surprise that the built in smarttag cant be detected at all!

Problem 3: Appointment made for car inspection with technician, appointment confirmed before the appointment, yet when arrived i was told technician is on leave and demanded me to come another day.

Other problem: long waiting time despite visit with appointment.

Not to mention very patient, calm and good atitude service advisor Mr Hui.

Great customer service and hospitality. Average waiting time nevertheless can be neglected with facilities and amenities provided.

Nobody greetings you when you entering the premises and nobody entertained you. Maybe the sales person are choosy type. This is really disappointing with big company like Toyota.

Authorized Toyota Reseller. However, you will find wide range of other models too. If you are willing to pay slightly higher than market price for a good car, go to this place.

Overpriced used car sold here, better options outside unless a "certified" vehicle is necessary

Good quality second-hand cars at reasonable price. Staff went above and beyond to assist. Patient in letting customers test drive the cars.
