Toyota Topmark

The service here is poor. Staffs looks overpaid and not doing their jobs. Changing a car window took me 3 days andTand Service centre wonder why their customers do not come back for their service.

Reached at 1020am for my 1030am appointment.
At 11am, no response from service advisor.

When i check, the 940am appointment still pending. Basically there is another 4 appointments infront of me pending for servicing.

Not so friendly salesperson. Won't offer you any Toyota Capital offer. Will only tell about offer or rebate if ask. Place is clean but ok. Can service your car during weekend with amenities and facilities enough to comfort you for the 3 hours process

Cosy waiting area. Free Nasi lemak & drinks (Milo, White Coffee & Teh Tarik. Also available ice lemon tea. Ice cream potong, all cater for free.

Hantar husband ambil kereta dia dkt service, saja bawa kereta proton, we cant even parking our car at customer parking! Unacceptable.even i have to take the stupid plastic paper.

A great place to lepax.lepax while your car being service. Car service is efficient. They provide nasi lemak for breakfast.and kuih.

Take my son car for 1st service.staff attending to me is very friendly and helpful.reach the service centre at 9.30am and estimate timing for the car to be ready is 11am as stated by the service advisor. Excately at 11am, I received the car.and during this waiting time, the center provide morning breakfast for us.they got nasi lemak bungkus, white coffee, milo and teh tarik.waiting lounge is comfortable. Will be looking forward for the next coming service.

Good services. I like the waiting area, there's coffee machine, nasi lemak, newspapers, TV and PC with high speed internet.

The services they provide here getting worse. Takes 3 hours for normal services. Even by appointment

Friendly staff, spacious parking, waiting room is big enough to cater sales and service customer.

Disappointing range of popular cars, not so cost effective as you would expect. Ex demonstrators here good camry selection when we visited but not the depreciation you'd expect on them.

I walk in half and hour no body ask no body service ，I asked the counter, he said no.is okay. After that I went to the Volkswagen showroom Bought a gti.love it

Worst customer service experience ever compared to any other car dealers.they dnt even wana entertain me even after like 15mins waiting n looking ard asking whom can i talk to abt used cars as im interested to enquire one.even after tat, they guy who came to entertain me was not interested to sell but was interested to chase me off as though i cant afford anything in this dump.plz show some equal respect to all despite color, race or outlook.

My appointment says 10 am. I only got my slot at 11.30am.that is not good. Not efficient. I came all the way from Seremban.

Good place to look for preowned Toyota cars. Knowledgeable sales assistants that can advise you if you need assistance is deciding what car suits your needs.

Bad experience with Toyota Topmark.
I have bought car from Topmark few months ago, but air con compressor has not functioning now.
Toyota quoted me RM5k+ for replace a new compressor.

Normally car air con compressor should have at least 10 to 15 years useful life.
