79 Booked vios G spec silver in Dec 2021 and until today there is no update when will get the car. Contacted sales person to cancel booking, then he started to update but offering different colour and expected to get the car in Jun.
One of my friend booked a car with same spec and colour from different centre in early Feb 2022 and get the car at the end of Feb while my other friend booked in Jan 2022 and get the car at the end of Feb.
I have been informed by production staf that the production is good since Jan 2022 with approximately 80 cars per shift. So how come the car is still not enough.
Now I’m really disappointed with this branch as well as the sales person. He is nice but not helping. I tried to cancel my booking and looks like being fooled as he tries to attract my attention by mentioning that the car will be out early of April. However he keeps on saying will update later for confirmation️
I am not angry but disappointed.
I really loved this new ambience of Toyota service centre. The waiting area is really cosy and each seat equipped with power plug which really cater the current needs for most of the people who are mobile working. We can stay here do our work while waiting for our car to be serviced. There is also a lounge area that served hot & cold drinks. The toilet is very clean and refreshing with seat sanitiser for each toilet. Good job Toyota. This kind of environment that actually makes us feels comfortable and for sure I wont go to another service centre for my car.
Noticed a difference, looks like they renovated. Very comfy waiting experience, with free wifi, free flow drinks (coffee, tea, juices), sparkling clean toilet with sanitizer for seat T_T and individual booths with charging outlet. Parking can be a bit tough.

Poor service quality with careless staffs i.e. Technician did not reinstate back the radio antenna connection before return car to owner. The major service record did not recorded in the service book!
Service the car here. The sa is as already know what to do to my car and didnt even ask to check or explain the service. Went to do insurance there. Apparently need to wait the lady to come. Experience also the same no explanation but meh. Add the roadtax also and later after a week nobody called to said the roadtax already done. Need to call them to ask the status. Later come and collect the person have the nerve to ask me to find it myself at the tray. Is this the type of service Toyota is providing to the customer? Not feeling welcome at all.
Went to see showcased cars in the gallery (which was there few years before), but now the gallery has turned into sales office with no car to be seen. Asked the sales person, want to view certain models, all are unavailable. Wonder where all those cars gone. Huhu.
Service so bad. SA not even want layan us. Like we ask car for free. When we ask questions the answer is urm, yes, urm. Within 1 minute settle. Like seriously very bad okay.

Sunday, At the front door, no sales rep come to greet. Walked in, sales reps are sitting at the counter talking and laughing at each other. Requested to see certain Toyota car model, sales rep just pointed his finger at the direction on the car's whereabout. Customer has to find the car themselves.
When looking at the car, bald Chinese sales rep is just standing there, made zero effort to explain or show the car's features. During test drive, bald Chinese sales rep made zero effort to explain the car's features.
Overall bad customer experience.
Superb customer service. Today sent my wife car for 1st 1000km service. They took only 30mins to settle it. 830am-9am. Done.

Enough is enough I owned a Toyota Vios 2018 NCP151 2NR FBE, my car have not been performing up to the car standard comparing with the display unit. The throttle respond time and the horsepower are all messed up. Always under power when I need it to run.
And worst of all my car since the start brand new car have been suffering from engine oil leaking and engine oil consuming.
Have been following up the case since day 1 until now no respond no answer no fix.
Phone call no one picks up or always hung up my calls.
Follow up with service center Toyotsu Shah Alam Seksyen 15.
No answer as well often telling me thst "awaiting HQ reply".
Is this the level of service Toyota Malaysia provide to all its customers?
3 years of follow up and my warranty is expiring soon.
Very close to kesas highway, behind proton showroom. Ample parking space. Clean and well maintained, professional staff for sales and maintenance. No servicing on Sundays due to MCO.
The staff told me I have to wait till 11, even I came with appointment and reached b4 8. They picked up my car by 0820, and now is 0949 not even starting servicing. This service centre only provide the bottle synthetic oil rather than the pump version of Puchong service centre, which is at least cheaper 20-30 bucks.
A dynamic and well run 3S Toyota centre. Professional, friendly and warm staff. Wan, (sales rep) is very professional, committed, transparent and help to obtain good value for my trade-in car. Ample parking spaces in and outside the compound.
Downside: pls get the drink dispenser working again.

Good service experience so far. Staff will push for non essential extra service which can double the price of a normal service. So just be clear what it is that you want.
