Slow to die.service appointment at 9am, at 9.34am not even registered yet. People who come later are given priority, people who come at 8.45am still haven't registered. It's good that Perodua has service experience. SA speaks for kt James. My first worst experience

I think toyota salesman product knowledge of hilux is really bad. Either they give wrong or misleading information about hilux and other brands, including negative information about your own product the hilux. I have experienced this with few showrooms. Comments include hilux not fast, 1 full tank 500-600km, waiting time 1-2 months. Go different showroom, information is different. Either they are taught to lie or have very low product knowledge i don't know which

SERVIS SANGAT TERUKKK! Went just now and the one that entertain us was the chinese lady. She showed no effort to explain/promote about the car, and rude also cara dia cakap. Plus, takda orang langsung waktu tu. But right after i left, i saw that she went straight to the chinese customer yg baru sampai. Such a bad experience with Toyota Shah Alam. So disappointed. Please provide training for your staff.

Sales advisor (d*v*d) all he gave was 0% customer experience.wore mask all the times, never explained anything during test drive and the session - 25 mins wasted.when asked for brochure, he asked to scan the online pamphlets.

To be honest, it is not worth even 1 star. The service is not good. There was a noise on the first day I got the new car. The problem was not solved after entering and exiting twice. It was a waste of time. The first time it was said that there was a problem. After the appointment, the repair started. After the appointment, it was delivered again. They also did the first 1,000km service on a new car. The results tell you that there is no problem at all. They changed the black oil, and there are oil stains on the cover, which was not cleaned at all. They also said that if you want to complain, you can complain. The warranty only says that there is. The problem is just solved hastily

Kepala hotak dia service kat sini memang dia sembelih kaw kaw punya.benda takpayah tukar dia suruh tukar, benda dalam “additional request”, kita TAK request pun dia letak

bayangkan BUKAN major service, tapi kena kapak sampai 800+

dah sampai kena tegur macam macam baru dapat reduce the price around 300+

kau bayangkan? 500+ dia kapak atas benda yang tak patut pun service.nak cari comission pun agak agak laa, benda boleh je bayar.tapi, kalau tak patut buat, benda elok, takyah lah kau nak masukkan dalam charges jugak! Adoiii

stop lah attitude mencekik, mengapak, menyembelih orang nii.

I had very bad experience buying car here. But after sales (dealing with diff team of ppl) is a pleasant experience. Not my luck to get very bad sales representative. Get new car with empty tank too when he promised moon and stars when selling (Full tank, umbrella, free dark tinting, etc etc). Had an argument with the sales person and being very rude/threatening tone when talking to me. Won't recommend ppl buy cars here. But then again I guess depends which SP you get. Mine not good, Mr Sh****.

Very bad experience. I have been waiting here for so long and they just keep breaking the expected time frame. PLEASE STOP GIVING OTHER JUMP A QUEUE IN FRONT OF ME.

My advice is go to other services centre. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

I recomended toyota shah alam from my bottom of heart.specially sales assistant mr pang.reallu helpful sa.i informed need to buy num plate with alpabet including only once friday i got that same num plate.i really appreaciated the effort of sa MR PANG FROM TOYOYA SHAH ALAM SEKSYEN 15

Bad experience during 1st compulsory service at this SC. Checked in by 8.30am but collected the car by 12.30 pm after being questioned. At one point, observed that the car was lying unattended for more than 1 hours at the service bay. Unable to detect the defects as pointed out and told to make an appointment some other time. Items (Noviruclean + Bactakleen) not related to compulsory service were charged without upfront getting customer's consent but when questioned, the answer was, it was under their standard package.

Not to say don't wanna come, but forced to visit many times as the service and workmanship will need you come back several times to re-work (Not my personal car, but company's car, bought from there). And surprisingly after doing regular maintenance they will not return you those empty bottles of lubricant oil as proof of purchase (reason given is: they pump from big drum, not small pack size). Curious. P/S: Please refer to reg.no. KDA 8585

Horrible to find parking inside. You have to try roadside parking at the front. Very crowded place. Majority here for service. Literally zero service when it comes to Sales of new cars. Even trying to find a car for test drive is like trying to find Waldo in the maze of cars - new, customer's a d TopMark 2nd hand cars. It's really a mess

Here for my car 2nd service. Thought that the car wash and vacuum cleaning service is default but I was wrong, lesson learned. Spacious lounge waiting area with complimentary drinks provided.

Called them for the first time, no one picked up, salesperson and the operator was unreachable so had to call another Toyota showroom and they picked up immediately.

Very Bad service.dont ever send your toyota vehicle for service here.they will slaughter you to the max.greed.i have experience twice with my previous Vios.they are not the expert although they claim from Toyota.better find local workshop for repair n service.especially things related to aircond.they know nothing about aircond except charging customer for nothing exorbitantly.just go buy original toyota spare part (from sparepart shop) and bring to any local workshop will be better.dont waste your money pay this Toyota Toyotsu
