Perodua Service Centre Puchong

Kat sini okay la process nye. Seller terus on the spot submit loan pada bank. Next day got call, then after 2 days loan approved. But new car stock not available.

Worst centre.
They just don't answer the phone then how on earth can we fix an appointment!

Worst service! Got appt at certain time but took one whole day to got back car saying that busy but in fact staffs aren't doing work. Chit chat is what happens and front desk staffs aren't welcoming and answering queries. Recommend Puchong Jaya roda kayangan service centre. The Best unlike this.

No one answer the call to make appointment.from there u will know how bad the service is.unlike glen marie perodua so much better.straight away answer thr phone and easy to book for service.well the nearest service center from my home. "terpaksala g".

Im being neutral here. Not bad at all. The only thing that bring dowm the points is when customer needs to do her follow-up when purchasing some accessories. No definite timeline given.

Susah betul nak angkat call. Org nk tanye or book servis pon payah. Pagi, noon, ptg call same gak xde org nk angkt call

Lousy services. I made an appointment and waited for about an hour, but they still haven't take the car key from me. Just keep on telling me to wait

I’ve been here for 3-4 times for my car service. The service center is quite big and have good waiting area for customers. The staff is friendly too but I find some difficulty with the language because most of the service advisors are not much comfortable with English. Overall, I’m satisfied with their services.

Call from morning till evening but it is never picked up, what kind of lousy service center. The worst service center I have ever encountered so far.

Sent my car there at 8am and expect it to be done soon. But in the end after calling over to ask, they say estimately 4pm. Wth.

Clean and helpful staff. Thier service and friendliness really amazed me. Purchase process very efficient too.

Overall experience is below satisfactory, service is very slow, I came in by 7.45am and still waiting for service to be completed at 1.34pm

Great customer service. Pls call them two weeks before or earlier to make an appointment and avoiding fully booked slots. Bare in mind that the waiting time is quite long but if u bring some reading materials or entertainment, i'm sure you'll survive. Haha there's refreshment too for the customers. If u dont want to wait can just leave the car and they'll call when the service is done. If you want to do walk in service, pls come very very early coz most probably u cant get the slots if there's too many customers.

Is hard to call this service centre as no one pick up calls. However, the customer service there is good, they guide me on every step since I am first timer sending car to this service centre.

My appointment was at 8.45am but 11.36am still can see the car still park at original place, not enter for service check for transmission cable and AES brake that requested by perodua. There are only 7 cars before my turn. I was told by staff that my car will complete at afternoon. I spent whole day here waiting and keep waiting. I think it would be the same if I make appointment at 10am something so I don't have to wake up so earlier to come here.

Very good service center. The staffs very friendly. There is a comfortable customer waiting area. You can have some refreshments here as well.

Bad service. Call 8 times no answer. When I arrive there. They are not even busy. And they always order wrong things. Not so recommended. When I ask question they don't even give a proper answer and ask to open a new case. If it surely a faulty then I will open a new case. I will inform the Perodua HQ and review the staff here is giving a bad service.
