Front service was ok but the people who service your car do not really check your car. As long as they can finish it it is fine for them. No after service call to find out how is the condition of the car.
Staff sini mesra pelanggan. Dari security guard sampai la kat dalam. Selesa laa. Cepat pon cepat.

Never answer calls, even the apps keep showing fully booked for service. I wanna service my cars for months but unable to do it also, better go another sc
Call in for a service appointment, as a Malaysian of cause I wasn't proud that my bahasa Malaysia wasn't great incase of any miscommunication, I chose the English speaking customer service. Instead the customer service speak to me in malay and I tried my best to understand her and speak to her in bahasa Malaysia. She speak kinda fast while verifying my information then I checked back with her again the information she heard is it correct, and I can feel the impatient from her. Me myself had been in service line for a few years, I wasn't expecting such small deal will causing your customer service being unpleasant for speaking with customers. I doesn't disrespect or being rude to the customer service speaker. I felt like I'm the one who is the customer service to try to being nice to her till the end of the call. Conclusion is that the language wasn't a problem of this deal but the attitude it is.
Cashier is not at the counter as she have to do some administration work at other place. Wait for around 40min just for making payment.
Gt place to rest while waiting, charge phone if run out of battery, clean

Lately due to the pandemic Perodua service center is doing good decision as only serve customers with reservation, but lately i try to book my reservation through call to the service center but they hang up my call without informing why, so I need to drive myself to the service center and made my reservation done, I sincerely hope Perodua can improve and follow up on this matter.
Thanks to Sharon, excellent service and she is very efficient. We book our car on the 17/9/2020 at 4.30pm and as promise we got our car today 21/9/2020. Thank to Perodua Puchong for the fast delivery. 5 stars for you.

I booked for service at 2.30pm, they message and confirm to me 2.45pm. I reach the SC at 2.39pm. Waited until 3.25pm also not yet call my number for registration. What are the sales personnel doing?
Good service. Nice and clean. Shorter waiting time. Isolated place. No eateries and restaurants in walking distance.
Ok. Average amenities and space. Friendly staff and entertained you as soon as you enter the door. Parking space was a bit conjested and busy with traffic.
Be carefull with salesman name Juhari, he is very tricky.ask for ic then quitely booking car under his name.happen to me.i proceed loan with my friend by the time loan approved, my friend cannot book the car bcoz this salesman already book under his company.now he ask me to change the loan under his company.what a tricky salesman.

Made an appointment but called them to notify I'll be late. First they told me that I'll have to leave the car until evening but when I reached they said I'll have to leave the car until the next day. Not honest. Wasted my time.
