Perodua Service Centre Puchong

Takes forever for them to answer the call. Been trying to get them for 2 weeks and gave up. Just go castrol workshop to get your service done.

Called but onle recorded msg. After holding for a while line disconnected. I think they don't entertain phone call.

A very busy service centre at the moment. However the front counter service was good. Perodua very need to increase more service centres as demand is in rise.

I came here for a major service and my car feels so smooth afterwards. The staffs are helpful, even the security guard was knowledgeable. It is better to make a reservation prior to coming here.

Punya la payah nak pick up call untuk service appointment. Seharian call masuk kat operator je. Lepas tu putus. Pelik!

Trying to call for appointment. Called for the whole morning. No one is answering. Called afternoon, same things happen.

Blood sucking service center. Very unprofessional service asking customer to change this and that without proper diagnosis. I was frustrated after they ask me to replace my gearbox and torque converter costing around $13K + Crazy proposal! I decided to replace at my known workshop for only $1.5K and now it is running smoothly as usual. Never go to this service center if you don't have warranty anymore.

Made numerous calls to this centre and usually have no response. Had to walk in to get things done. Had an engine light indicator went on and found out my spark plug faulty and went to change it. Service was overall OK but the customer service by call is lousy and they suggest to use their app - UFirst to make appointment easier. Special shout-out to service advisor front desk - Najiha binti Yunus. She helped followed up with me and the foreman to ensure the car is looked after. Good job!

I’ve been coming here since my car’s first maintenance in 2019 until now. The service provided is excellent! All staffs including the security guard are very polite. Any information regarding our car is communicated well and any questions will be answered nicely. The waiting area is also comfortable and the number of seats is reasonable.

Their lacking is only one, it’s kind of hard to make the appointment through phone calls. It would be based on luck and a number of trials is needed for our call to be picked up. This hasn’t improved since the first time I started sending my car for maintenance here. But fortunately, their great service keeps me here till now. Still, this can and should be improved.

Always my preferred Perodua service center. Good customer service. Friendly staff and fast response. Sometime there is a delay, but that's understandable specially during the pandemic. Keep up Perodua team.

Service kenderaan yang diberikan layak untuk dipuji. Walaubagaimanapun, pangilan telefon selalunya tidak dijawab. Saya pernah telefon 3 hari 3 malam untuk buat janji temu service kereta namun tidak disambut. Baik tutup je talian tu.

I notice that most of ppl here were complaining about them not picking up calls which I had experience the same situation for few days. Nonetheless I managed to slot in for an appointment. My suggestion is to call in the morning before 9am and high chances that your call will be entertained. Good luck!

Untuk cari spare pasts genuine baik tak payah la tak ada stock ready. Tak faham la centre pun tak ada stock ready baik la beli kt luar murah, original dan stock ready. Wasting time only

Makin lama, Makin teruk susah nak buat appointment. Time tak guna operator pun da memang susah nak jawab Fon. Da pkai machine pun suka2 he terus putuskan line. Suruh Kita call back lepas tu terus engage. Ape ke benda la.

Been coming to this particular service centre for almost 4 years. I will point out the good first, they have great facility and well made visitor waiting room and a pretty good technician to customer interactionS.

However as of recently I tried to call in to get an appointment for my car schedule service booking, turns out I have encounter most problem that been constantly pointed out by others. They refuse to pick up the calls. And I been calling them alternative for almost 2 weeks throughout the day and most of the time I get the automated voice help that usually end up with a long phone ringing usually accompanied by a sudden hanging up of the call.

While I understand the current covid situation can cause issues the business, the ignoring of the customer calls for almost 2 weeks is downright unacceptable. I tried calling a different branch and lo and behold the pick and immediately set up a the appointment for me in less than 5 mins.

I highly suggest this particular branch take a look in fixing ther call centre practices. I will definitely be not resuming the services of this particular branch.

Can't even make an appointment. Not answering calls. Went there during lunch hour and was told the staff on lunch break. Do all of them need to go on lunch break together? Better go to the Puchong Jaya branch at Jalan Layang-Layang. The first time I called someone answered my call unlike this branch, been calling for 2 days! Do not even deserve 1 star!
