78Service 5 stars, unlimited Nasi lemak and coffee. But to get the immediate booking is almost impossible. Need to plan at least a week earlier.
Appointment 11.30am. Staff called to come early at 11am.come back 2.30pm car still not attended. Then have to wait until 4pm. I understand it is Friday. But i dont understand why need to send car earlier, when the work can only start after break 2.30pm. So myb they should improve scheduling. Btw, the centre is comfortable.juz remember to choose ur appointment time wisely!
Top notch service, in terms of customer service and the car service itself.
Do expect a waiting time of one hour for your turn even after you had made an appointment. But tht just shows how busy they are
Appointment 9.30am. Settle around 12pm.it is a very busy service centre.busy I kind of understand. Because we are human. Totally respect the manwork at the back who is dealing with lots of cars back to back. But the lounge is quite good. Aircond so sejuk. Kalah hospital.
My SA prefer come to here service, even abit far from me, but the service for me is very good the most important is No. 5 Counter, En. Salleh very helpful
I was late for my appointment for 20mins and they made me wait for 1.5 +hrs for the SA to attend to me. 1.5hrs for the first engagement! To take my keys and give me a preliminary quotation! Is like being punished for being late? Counters are empty! Kerja lembab la korang. I am going to other SC after this.
Perodua car quality and service is getting bad and bad. My car have defect during warranty period, bring to check and show video, after check insist no issue dont want repair for me.after warranty period said is not their problem.how can a car from day 1 have issue, after report said no issue, now even best keep said out of warranty.
This service center is better.u can view the cars being serviced.but a bit crowded.but have huge area and manpower.should be able to do it fast.recommend.
Good service, clean and very systematic. The staffs are well trained and explained our order in detail. But making appointments by phone is very difficult. Always busy. Toilet is clean too but the flush system is old and not working well. Would be good to upgrade the toilet facilities.
Garbage service. Booked 11 am weekday for 1st 1,000 km, had to wait for another 1.5 hours. We raised our problems found in the car but they refused to check it while they are doing the inspection. Asked us to book second trip. What’s the point of doing inspection if you refuse to attend to our problems found?
I stop going to this service centre, went to dmm seri Kembangan with better customer service. First issue, this branch no one pick up the call, last service car took so long, I can see my car from the waiting room for 2 hours, once the guy took it, it took just 15 mins or so, don’t know if they checked properly. Dmm will look at your and make suggestions if anything can be changed and can see your car from the from waiting room is properly attended.
Kenapa masalah call ni tak pernah selesai? Dah setahun lebih call tak pernah angkat. Bila tanya depan depan ckp masalah line. Dah setahun lebih dah problem ni! Takkan tak boleh solve?
They took quite long to service my car. Luckily my house is just nearby n I could go back home and wait.
Today 29/6/22, I called from morning till now 13.48pm nobody pick up my called, operator said please wait and wait till my line cut by operator very bad. I need to do an appointment this coming saturday.please pick up my call.
I've been going to them for my routine car service since I bought my car 5 years ago. Their service is excellent and the staffs can be helpful. But the only downside is, its very difficult to contact them especially for appointments or any other urgent matters. I've been trying to call them since last Friday 24/06/2022 and to date 27/06/2022 I've not managed to speak to them. Making appointments was difficult and now thanks to the app that we can make the appointment over there. If only they can step up theirselves and answer calls. It would be really appreciated. Not everyone is calling for appointment. The rating would be better if only they could answer calls.
Did my service for the second time here. First time was during the pandemic and I immediately felt there was no smoothness after the service maybe they wanted to finish off soon cos of so much demand. Second time I guess they upgraded their service and technicians, the car felt so smooth and the response was good. Good waiting area if you want to stay there and pickup.
Called but onle recorded msg. After holding for a while line disconnected. I think they don't entertain phone call.
Very hard to pick up calls for service appointment. Today only, I hv made 50 calls but all answering machine. Very disspointed.
Setiap kali call busy. Nak buat service appointment pun susah. Setiap masa busy dari pagi sampai petang call tak berjawab.dah ramai complain takkan takda action? ️
Teruk dowh services sini. Sepanjang hidup tak pernah jawab call. Apa busy sangat ntah? Pagi2 tak dapat, siang sikit tak dapat, petang tak dapat. Bila yg dapat callnya? Nak book car services jer pon!
