Bad customer service in terms of systematic, they don't have number queue or someone who can arrange which customer 1st and which is the following.

Sent here to repair my car after accident is one of my baddest choice in my life, stupid and dumb simply give promises to customer the car will be fix by 2-3weeks after all it took 2 months to run everything slow and irresponsible bad reputation Not recommend to this trash places

Sent my car for repairs after accident. They promised 2-3 weeks but took 6 weeks where I had to call every other day and it wasn't properly done. The guy wanted me to sign the release form before showing me my car but I insisted on seeing the car first. When I checked the car, I found that they didn't even bother sticking the chrome finishing back properly and the door was shaking. To which they claimed it is due to a new door and initially refused to adjust the door.
Drove back and found the door squeaking after a few days.
Was given the lost of use claim form for insurance and discovered that somebody changed the date on the form I signed.
Disgusting.

Went to service my car for 20000km, they changed a faulty spark plug for me. Car was vibrating and jerking and couldn’t accelerate smoothly. Went to another perodua service centre and they replaced the new one with an old one and my car is running smoothly. Went back to this service centre and they insist that their spark plug is fine. Told them I want to replace it with the iradium spark plug but they want me to pay the full price initially and told me to keep the non functional normal spark plug.

Went to service my car and remind them to check the break pad. At the end they didn't check but put a remark that the break still in good condition. After 1 week i went to shop and changed tyre than only i knew my car break pad is finished and have to change immediate.
The staffs work in this Produa Centre are very poor.

Most of the service advisor not really helpful, technician don't really know what the problem is to my car and made me wasted few hours of running around, car has problem again two weeks after service.

I do transmision oil and v belt change. Walk-in and they remind me the service will be take time due to many people. But they finished my car sooner than I expected. Good job!

The waiting area is comfortable

The best place for my Axia.they r really efficient.my appmt was for 2PM I was seen at 1.45. They it would take an hour for the inspection. I decided to wait n Yay! It was completed in 45 mins. How good is that? So stress free. Perodua is the best!

Terrible service. Long waiting hours. I went in for a car inspection today and was greeted offhandedly by reception. Staff at the service counter were either entertaining their mobile phone or are off to god knows where. Also, there seem to be no queue system. Next time dont waste your time making appointment, just walk in.

Terrible waiting for 2 hours even if the collection slip estimate is 1 hour. Staff not even come for update and only go and check after I demand for follow up. Told me previous car got problem so my car was sent in late for service and said because I am walk-in customer too. Hello? I called yesterday and made my appointment, it was your irresponsible colleague didn’t get my appointment done in the system! By knowing servicing car have to wait, nobody will do walk-in service please.

Friendly staff. Everything explained clearly. I asked many questions and all are being answered professionally. The waiting area is clean. I like it. Recommend this service center.

Asked to come at 8.30am for repair. Sat waiting for over an hour with literally nobody on the service counters. Many other centres with more professional service.

Personally experience unqualified workers. Send kembara to repair as the giar automatically on free and oil can't press on every 2 km on highway. After 5 days they return the vehicle and say auto giar fault n they off the system.
But after driving out in 20 minutes the problem still exist n sent to Chinese work shops n after test drive they changed the metre bord n now can drive without any problems until honor.
