Perodua Service Center Subang Jaya

First time came here after many positive reviews. Previously i was doing my service at PJ Sentral, but there are not efficient. Everytime i complain regarding absorber issue, they mentioned its normal for myvi. The same complaint i made to this branch, and they confirmed it, get the part replacement next day itself.

The SC is really spacious with good ambience. Thumbs up to SC Mr Razin, attended me well and also answered all my questions patiently

Absolutely love this Perodua service center in Subang Jaya! It was my first time here, and it's hands down the best experience I've had in my four rounds of car servicing. The service advisor: Mohd Firdaus was awesome – explained everything clearly, unlike my previous encounters elsewhere. Pricing was fair this time, and the waiting area vibes were on point. I could work comfortably, and there's a clean surau for prayers. Thumbs up to the team here, highly recommend!

Mr Najib, the foreman under repairing department was very friendly and polite in explaining the issues of my car. He was very patient in handling the problem. Very satisfied with his service.

Very poor service. For just and oil change with appointment, take 5 hours. I rather service myself which only take 30 minutes. Wasted my whole day here waiting for my car oil change.

This is my 1st service for my new car, the environment is very big, clean and very cold (for me: p).
Overall service is very friendly, greet you good morning and service with a smile.
I came here through walk-in, they politely advise you to make bookings so that you don't have to wait for your turn as they prioritise those that make bookings, but they still take walk-in just don't expect it to be done as fast.
Another thing that I'm quite impressed about is that they have a pantry for you while you wait for your car to be serviced. They have only 3 in 1 coffee and breads for free, and a vending machine for other drinks and snacks.
I read the reviews that they don't answer calls as efficient. Well I don't know about it, as I didn't try but form what the counter guy explained that they we can be contacted through WhatsApp on working hours.

Excellent services from the e-appointment booking via Ufirst app to the car service, inspection and oil change. Received a message and email reminder on the app prior a day before my appointment. Arrived 15mins earlier than my scheduled time and alhamdulillah, car was done within less than an hour.

The service centre was clean, with ample seating sofas, tables and vendor machine (snacks etc). Cold and hot water, nasi lemak and 3in1 coffee was also provided foc. Xie xie ni. Thank you so much, Mr. Fikri, Mr. Zaidie and Ms/Mrs. Harizanah (my apt date 10.30am, 13th May 2023) for attending to my questions and providing good service to me and my car. Will definitely come here again.

I have been sending my car to this service center for maintenance or repair since I got my car back in year 2015. Thank you for the good service throughout many years, hope that the service is getting better with no compromise. Btw, there is jamuan raya today 20th May 2023, maaf zahir dan batin. There is lucky draw as well while I get an umbrella, happy?

I came there when was 30000 miles. On Dec 2022. After I service my car, I have so much issue with my car. I Dnt knw whether they change the oil or not. Coz they haven’t provide me the empty Btl. And I didn’t get any cop. Normally after service my car the engine oil still can manage for next service.but I still have time for next service. But my car make a sound. Mine new car just 1 year. How come make a problem. I won’t recommend this centre to anyone. I call also no answer. Very disappointed ️

Try to call so many time to book appointment but never answer the call.when i saw in whatsapp its online.but didnt answer the call.

Have done my service at Honda and Nissan before and I can compare my experience after sending Myvi to this Perodua SC. This Service Center was as good as them, and even better as the service for a periodical service was completed within one hour. The service advisor was also helpful and polite. Thumbs UP for Perodua.

The service is extremely poor. I had to wait more than a month to get my car repaired. It was a very minor repair where they only had to replace the bumper and skirting. Adding on, the person who attended me was so irresponsible and never updated me anything on the progress of the repair. Never updated on the progress of the repair, never updated the cost of repair, basically never even called me once to inform me on the repair. Literally so lazy to even answer my questions and he reverts back by saying I’ll get back to you through WhatsApp which he would never do. I had to call multiple times to get to know what’s the progress of my car, yet, never got any proper response.

I’ve been to several Perodua service centres and their service were top-class whereas this service centre is horrible and their service is extremely poor! Never going back here again.

Car minor accident in July, with engine and gearbox ok. After 4 months and claiming more than 30k insurance, still waiting for mechanical part.
Salesman rarely answer, and the completion date is always bulan depan Insya'Allah.
Will never buy new Perodua again!

Service was quick and thorough. And cheap! There is a waiting area with water dispenser, snack, some vending machines, and a tv. Very comfortable.

Rang up the service centre @ USJ1 a few times on 27/9/2022 but nobody answered. The standard reply was "Kami sedang menerima jumlah panggilan yang tinggi, "
