Perodua Service Center Subang Jaya

5 stars service quality especially the customer service officer Mr Razin. Big spacious environment with comfortable waiting area. I seriously think that the facility can accommodate more customers and service. Quite wondering how the center going to turn in good profit if a typical day only has 49 appointments. I think it can take in 500 appointments instead. For customers, it is a plus especially during COVID-19 period where social distancing is important. Will come again.

I brought my car for a regular checkup. The waiting area is spacious and staff are helpful. If the waiting time is expected too long, Mydine, Damen mall, summit, decathlon etc.are walkable distance.

My car got whacked from behind by a van (second time a van has done this btw), it took 5 weeks to fix up, which I is the average time according to my friends, because they have a long queue of cars to fix. It's not always about the paperwork. They sent the car to Tg Malim so that I could avoid paying betterment charges. Not really sure how that worked, but they did a great job. Car was good as new when I got it back. Thanks Nana for all your help

Full document submitted for claims but staff keeping it without submission to insurance claims. Call no replied by the staff who attended to this accident claim. No accountability by staff in charge at this perodua body and paint center.

Servis terbaik, tapi caj agak mahal berbanding bengkel biasa, servis centre biasanya menggunakan spare part original dari perodua, kira berbaloi untuk bayar lebih, untuk servis terbaik dan menjimatkan masa lebih baik booking lebih awal dahulu, ini memberi anda lebih pilihan masa dan tarikh, customer servis juga terbaik sentiasa bersedia melayan pelanggan tanpa mengambil masa terlalu lama, disini juga tersedia mesin minuman ringan, staff bahagian depan juga peramah, dan bersedia membantu pelanggan bila-bila masa sahaja
Apa- apa pun 5***** layak diberikan diatas perkhidmatan yang terbaik dan tidak mengecewakan

Staff work at leisure pace. Don't expect speedy service. And oh, their main phone line is for show only, I tried calling a free times, no one picks up the call. I tried calling their main line at the center itself, didn't hear any phones ring. Good luck to those who send their cars there for servicing.

Less people during MCO but have to make early appointment as they limit number of customer per day.

Took my Myvi for 10,000km service. Call in the morning to make an appointment, datang at 4pm, settle everything at 5pm. So quick and efficient! The waiting area is spacious and clean too.

Very good services. On Saturday they usually open until 1pm but if there are customers call for booking, they will open until 5pm. The staffs are friendly and the car service consultant explain very details on what are you are going to change and what you still can use and change in the next services. Very recommended and the place are clean. I hope they have their own Wi-Fi for their customers. Overall very satisfying.

Service is fine, but not the product, can you imagine your car break down not even 1 year old? Myvi has this fuel pump problem that they will never mention until u suddenly engine off and stuck in the middle of the road, I need to order car tow service to send my baby Myvi to this service center to fix the problem. Change fuel pump needs only few seconds of work, but they took whole day to get this done.

Had a good car service experience there for the first time but their follow up service is kinda bad.

Walaupun susah nak angkat telefon, servis dia agak cepat. Boleh request basuh kete, percuma je.

Frequent this centre because it was nearest to my previous home, and until now eventhough after moving away. Their staff & service advisors all very polite, friendly & professional. Excellent service to customer, my highest salute to them. Thank you so much!

Promised 2 weeks but waited for 2 months, person in charge didn't even care to reply my message unless I call. This is by far the worst service centre I've ever been
