80 Excellent experience servicing my car here, and because it’s Perodua, they are very well informed on any issues you probably have. They’re very informative. Noticed some reviews are mixed, but my experience with Mr Razin was very good. Professional. Waiting time is just okay, no complaints.
Waiting room is comfy & very spacious.
Today I walk in to Perodua Service center at USJ 1 at about 3pm as I heard noises when I turn my steering wheel. I asked if they can help me to have a look what is the issue. To my disappointment they told me that they are unable to check for me and I had to leave my car there for 1 day. I went to another service center outside and it only took them 15-20min to settle it. The cover of my Engine came off and that was the reason causing the noise when I turn my wheels. I was very disappointed with Perodua service when this thing could be done in less than 30minutes but they refused to even check what’s wrong with me car and just asked me to leave it there. Please understand that I need to travel to work and it would be very inconvenient to leave the car there for 1 day.

I need a quotation for repair a damage door. But Mr Jacky come out with double charge to me. Total 3k lebih! For 1 door and bumper only! I'm not sure they key in that the real price or they just put price for themself! Because I hear when they want to key in price this 2 person whisper to each other.
"Just key in 1200 ". " What if admin know about this? " When I hear to this conversation it very suspicious.
So I decided to go to other perodua center to check wether that is real price or not. And surprisingly Mr Jacky is liar to me.
At other center at Alam megah just charge me for 1k lebih sahaja TOTAL. 1K. U SEE THE DIFFERENCE?
I'm so lucky for not repair my car to this center. Please JUJUR ya bila bekerja. Org dah la lepas excident. Kusut kepala. Dtg minta check nk prepair duit untuk repair, boleh pulak dia nk cekau duit org sama dalam kesusahan!

I'm very happy despite the festive season the both of this man managed to find an alternative to fix my door lock which was broken as I was going outstation. This is what I call five Star service quality excellent with great creativity. Thanks to Mr Akin, Mr Nabil and Mr Sky Wong for making sure smooth operation.
Been going here for any perodua related issues since they were in SS13 Subang Jaya (around 20 years+). But today, is the last day I will ever step foot in this place (but I guess they couldn't care less as less car, less work, so they are more happy).
Discovered had engine oil leaking yesterday. Wanted to book appointment via UFIRST but they only cater for normal service maintenence (at that time many slots still available for 20th May morning as well as afternoon). So called them up first thing this morning. Was informed the EARLIEST available slot for non related regular service issue is 25th May, about a week away. Try to talk to them as this is URGENT, but they acted nonchalant. So meanwhile I have to drive around with a leaking car and pray to GOD it doesn't break down.
They even REFUSE to check my car even if I send at 2 p.m. (as I work in the morning) any day leading up to 25th May. And insist cars are only checked in the morning because longer working hours compare to afternoon shorter hours (ke alasan MALAS) What logic? And was also told. BOLEH TINGGAL KERETA TAPI KITA CHECK BILA FREE SAHAJA. When asked when will that be. They said TAK TAHU.
So my advice is.do not bother getting a PERODUA car as they will offer you appalling after sales service and are just ARROGANT like as though I have to beg them to repair my car which I am very sure is not due to my fault at all.
An interesting note as well. 3 months after buying my car, it also leaked engine oil, so a recurring problem. My car is still under warranty, if not I will save my breath dealing with incompetent staffs.
Same with Glenmarie Perodua, which refuses to take in the car. So it makes u wonder how many Perodua cars are facing many many issues if they can't even slot in a urgent request for repair.
Please send your customer service staffs for more training to tell LOGIC AND BELIEVABLE lies and stories to customers to cover their laziness and incompetency.

Right side mirror of my Perodua was damaged due to a knock. Automatic closing still works but dome vomponents are dangling. Walked in to this centre and one of the Body and Pain section service person attended to me immediately.
After listening to my explanation he came out to have a look. Then he drove to see if the mechanic can fix it. Viola, he came back in 25 min. It was fixed eith no need for a change or charge. That is good service.
Really happy with service.
This service centre that caters mainly to car accident and crashes is spacious. There were a lot of well spaced out comfy seats. Few customers but the car park is packed.
I didn't had an appointment with the service centre. I called their front desk & informed them that I sense something amiss with my car. Mr Azrul really helped me with it & asked me to bring my car after lunch time. I reached their place & Mr Firdaus assisted me. I told him about the problem & he kept me on tab from time to time about the updates. He also reassured me that everything is good & nothing to worry. Overall it was a good experience with them.
Well maintained service centre. All front lines staff are equipped with knowledge. Good refreshments keep up the good works.
Good customer service. Would not over "chop" you for additional car repair and services. The Ufirst app is user friendly. Book appointment totally without hassle. And now they're implemented invoice "go-green". Receipt will email to you instead of hardcopy after payment.
Good service, friendly staff. Booked an appointment via app at 3pm, staff call to notify the schedule been moved to earlier slot.comfortable waiting place. The price charges also not overproce.overall good experience, can repeat.
Great service center with a very clean interior and great services from the staff. If you want to claim for insurance due to accident, do come here for your perodua repair.
Front desk guy reception very rude & no respect for elderly people. Perodua if you maintain this kind of staff attitude can balik kampong.

Had decent experience with customer service here on several occasions. Not the fastest, but still much appreciated compared to some service centres.
Nk buat appointment pakai apps, apps asyik rosak. Nk call pulak, boleh pulak dia main angkat pastu letak balik. Dasar pemalas! Kalau malas jangan datang kerja!
