Very huge Perodua Sales and Service center. The ambiance is quite nice and the sales person are friendly here.

The service was done within a day and they responded swiftly.booking an appointment was easy over the phone. Staff were friendly, well behaved and took care of our request.

Service is good here on a weekday. Make sure you make an appointment before showing up to ease your wait. Was told it would take 2 hours and it only took 2.5 hours, which to me is really good.

Parking is in a basement underground, which is good, keeps the cars out of the sun. Service staff are friendly and helpful.

Some basic food is provided, as well as service to buy more complex food. There is also a Maybank ATM machine inside, very convenient!

They also provide phone charging service but I didn't use it so don't know if need to pay or not.

Toilets are clean and well maintained for the most part.

All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The service at the center is tip top.but the customer service call is so bad.have to call almost 10times than they answered but if they transfer your call to other department then u need to repeat 10times calling to reach them

The JPJ counter here only works fast if got incentive. If dont have, they'll take their time slowly.bunch of lazy incompetent idiots

Very disappointed with the after sale service.bought motor insurance under the recommendation of the salesman, Imran. Upon receiving the policy, discovered error in the name of the add-on driver. Amended 3 times but there is still error, what rate do you think you deserved?

It was poor service, i send my car bezza to perodua sentral for service, and ask service advice condition for the car, and advicer replied in good condition during car collection, within a week my car warning indicator light on. Does this service centre perform service in proper manner?

I informed that the CS level drop compare to last time after going through some hassle with the over the phone. CS - Hidayah said: if you think so you can go to other center. WOW!

Good Showroom display for perodua cars and nice mini like Cafe for snack while waiting for maintenance service

The service adviser is good, but if call to booking for an appointment is really really bad, i 16 call in 3 hour, totally no pick up the my phone call.

I like this place when it comes to car servicing. The place is big, comfortable, clean and there are even tv showing your car during servicing. It showed from CCTV from certain angle I believe. Each and every staff treated the customer in a good manner. I keep coming back for car servicing.

Not recomend cause service all attitude OUT!
Talking to customer also very action like i own them money.
Few months ago let them check my car problem say know the problem cause i m not the 1st to complain i am the 7th to complain the same matter but till today no respone no update!
Do you guys wan my car spoil/total lost till cannot move only will start do doing your work or what?

Called more than 10 times but the operator cut off my call. I went to the service center to get know the operator name (HIDAJAH) and realise she random pick a call to answer.furthermore, making complaint about her BAD SERVICE, hope this could serve service better next time.
