Terrible TERRIBLE experience. To do something as simple as renew car insurance, have to wait almost 40 minutes. Call the 2 PICs Pn Suzie and Pn Dilla (number displayed at reception) both REJECTED my call.when you call the main line, nobody pick up as well. Don’t waste your time, please go somewhere else.

Service Centre opens only on Monday to Saturday with appointments it seems. I called so many times but there's no answers, so after checking their opening hours & days, I went to see if I can get service today or an appointment at least. That's when I found out they are closed on Sundays. Great! And the next appointment is available on 20th this month only on Monday. They do a great job. Been there once on an appointment via phone. But now it's seems this whole arrangement doesn't fit my schedule anymore.or I don't fit into their system. It's okay. I always have trouble with fixing date for car servicing ever since I bought a perodua car.

For CMCO, nees to book an appointment for smooth process at the service centre, the staff also are quite friendly just go to the counter then they will guide u on your necessity

Customer-oriented services. The staff is kind and able to stand on the viewpoint of customer (e.g. Assist the customer to find the best fit schedule).

The lobby is great, for first time maintenance, wait around 1 hour. Overall, it's a satisfied experience

Never seen such a bad customer service! The girl sitting controlling the appointment is the worse customer service provider i has ever seen! She only give negative and sarcastic comments. And if possible will not want to book u for appointment. And yes, u will never get her to answer ur phone calls! Avoid this place if can!

Hard to do appointment via phone, she will never answer the calls. Once i was there to try calling yet she ignore all the calls. The ringing tone is soft so no one will notice she ignoring calls. Now i change my service centre to a better one.

I have been sending my car to this centre for service since I first drove my car, which is about 3 years since. The service is excellent and I have not met a sour face salesperson. My only issue is that it is sometimes hard to call and book an appointment with them. Today was fortunate as well that they had an open house some sort today for customers.

Customer service is bad. I have been calling them for 3 days in a row to book an appointment but no one pick up the phone. It's frustrating. Are they expecting us to walk in to make appointment?
Saw many reviews complaining the same issue, some a year back. Does the management not care about the customer? Why still no improvement?

Great services. Easy to book for an appointment. Keep in mind, you might have to wait for quite some time. So bring along your laptop or book to make use of your time.

Called them to make an appointment, no one to respond. And several times they picked the phone and dropped it down quickly.bad manners.

Good servicing facilities, nice waiting area with a small cafe. Unfortunately it's hit and miss when calling in to make an appointment. Tried calling on Friday and Saturday morning, and again at 10am on Monday. No answer every single time.

Overall service is actually pretty good. Called in a day before to make an appointment and managed to drop my car off before I head to work. Receptionist that handles the appointments and walk-ins was really helpful and polite. Service adviser, Mr. Izzat, was also very helpful and I felt really comfortable while he explained everything to me. The place has quite a number of service advisers ready to attend to car owners and I think that is expected judging by the size of the building itself.

One of the main problems that this place has is that it takes 15 minutes if not longer for them to pick up their landline phone. I received a call from them regarding my vehicle service and I told them I would call back in less than 5 minutes. That was my mistake as it took me 10 tries over the course of 15 minutes to just tell them "No, I do not need that, thank you. "

I am positive that if they find a solution to this difficulty in picking up the landline phone, they will definitely be one of the best service centres I have been to and would recommend to everyone.

Have called more than 10 times. No pick up call from morning until afternoon. Perodua management, kindly fired the person responsible.
