Datang utk service kereta, tetapi bising mendengar suara staff perodua bersorak dan gelak sgt lama sehingga nombor service dan panggilan telefon pon x dgr.
10 kilo services.
Depa semua nyer banyak senyuman.
Xdlah muka ketat jea.
Senyuman lebih bermakna.

Extremely disappointed. This is not the first time we found that they didn't do their job well. From the service counter officer to the foremen. As compare to Kota Damansara branch where they overcharge, this Section 19 branch charge reasonably, BUT THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB WELL. Multiple times (almost every time) we face some issue not long after sending to their workshop. Today, it's my battery that just died. Apparently, they did not check at all! I just sent it like few weeks ago. No wonder the service speed is so fast even though they have so many customer. I asked to change the wiper, multiple times, the officer failed to follow up. Many more incident like this every time i send there.
We send our car to an official Perodua service center because we trust them to do their job well and thorough, NOT TO LIE TO US in our face and simply get job done! This is outrageous! I wish Perodua can see this and warn/punish this branch! Because I repeat, this is NOT THE FIRS TIME! It happened multiple times!
Relatively fast service for maintenance in a systematic manner. The only downside is no car wash, unlike some other car brands. Perodua can consider as an add value service to its customers.
Lousy service. Salesman all not even bothered to entertain you. You need to ask them for their time. I’d rather go to other show rooms to buy. Give money summore need to be treated like that by the staff here.
Sy first time dtg sini. Service untuk kali pertama. Lepas service sy balik rumah. Masa nk angkat barang2 dr bonet belakang sy terkejut sbb rear spoiler yg hitam tu tak ada. Dh la servicr kali pertama. Tapi jadi mcm ni pulak. Mungkin pada anda bende kecil boleh ganti bila2. Tp sedikit sebanyak mengecewakan sbb first time pakai perodua. Tak sangka pulak ade yg tangan panjang. Jd risau pulak sy nkbsvc kt sini. Yela, sbb kite xnampak apa org buat kt kereta sy kan. Tak elok aniaya org. Harini seronok la buat. Esk2 dpt jgk balasan org mencuri ni
The customer's service staffs are very efficient and humble to attend to customers needs. They will highlight about the car service and what are to be done. They are doing their part for the Company which make customers feeling comfortable looking forward for the next visit. Would like to say "Thank you" to them and hopefully they will keep up this attitude all time.
Good outlet, clean place. Friendly and attentive service. Make sure your time of visit is out of the heavy traffic hours or getting there can be quite trying. At the time of visit there were a few of the popular models.
Biggest Perodua service centre in the area and you definitely need to fix an appointment beforehand unless it's an emergency. Staff are helpful and pleasant despite the large number of customers.
Do not visit. 4 hours wait for a brake check and that is with an appointment. Very inefficient
Although the staffs were friendly and polite. But the turn around time for the service was too damn slow. Appointment at 11am, I reached at 10.45am and waited for my turn. Asked the service advisor on how long I needed to wait, she mentioned before 2pm will be ready. So went to nearby mall for a meal came back at 2pm, car not ready until 3.30pm. Next, waited for payment til 4pm. When the service advisor placed my service details to the counter there was not many people maybe 2 or 3 but I dont get how I need to wait 30mins for it when there's 2 counter but only 1 was working. Hope they can improve their service turn around time. Wasted a whole day for this.
I've been going to this Perodua service centre for 4 years now.only this service centre I go ever since I moved in to KL. Tak kena kapak suruh tukar additional items when it's not necessary at all.
Convenient also you can wait or you can take Grab lepak Jaya shopping centre while waiting car service to be done
Khidmat pelanggan yang terbaik beserta dengan pekerja yang ramah dan mesra. Kemudahan fasiliti ruang menunggu yang besar, selesa dan bersih.
Walaubagaimanapun, tiada kemudahan snek makanan atau cafe untuk pelanggan menikmati hidangan ringkas sementara menunggu kenderaan siap diservis.
Disyorkan agar ada sekurang-kurangnya satu Vending Machine ditempatkan diruangan menunggu atau dibahagian luar pintu masuk utama untuk kemudahan pelanggan.
Worker there are polite but that is all good things about it. Was there to install my gear up item. The worker there are suppose to call me when they finish installation but no one call. When I call them around 2 whether the car is ready, was told the car was ready for collection. Take grab back to the centre and was told not ready yet. Have to take grab again to my mom day care and return to get the car and the most irritating thing is. The staff there told me to wait for their call when I go back the first time and after I fetch my mom and return there. No one call me back and I was waiting until closing time and when I inquire it seems the car is ready for collection for awhile already. And when I check the car Wrong thing was also install for my gear up item although it not their fault as the gear up item was order by the sales agent locate in old Klang road. Was disappointed as the things I really wanted wasn't install even though the agent have pay me back due to their mistake. Wasted my time, money for grab
Pada 9hb Sep dapati magnet pada panapis minyak hitam hilang lepas servis. Bila ditanya bagi tahu lupa pasang balik. Tak pasti akan servis sini lagi. Mohon maaf ya.
Very comfy and nice place to wait for my car to service.the worker also very polite and pretty.cannot wait for my next appt.

The best Perodua sales and service center EVER! The feeling here is very soothing and comfortable
1. I send both my Perodua cars here for service and they are excellent. No added charge as you may get at some Perodua agents.
2. I traded in my old alza as a pov and got an great deal frm them
3. I managed to get a new Perodua car here also even during the pandemic. Sales agent, en Nazrie, helped us so much in completing the interchange of vehicle registration.

Pengalaman yang tak dapat dilupakan membeli kereta Perodua Cawangan Sales setapak jln P Ramlee KL.saya sangat dukacita kerana pihak HQ tidak membuat sebarang tindakan.walaupun saya telah menalifon Hq memberitahu perkara tersebut.tak sepatutnya saya sebagai pembeli menangong segala masalah dan menyusahkan saya. "Manager IVAN THAM " dgn staff yg ada masalah pengurusan disana dan bercakap dgn sya yg tiada budibahasa dan sengaja membuat pihak pembeli susah disebabkan masalah dalaman.saya bukan pertama kali membeli kereta perodua dan kereta kereta lain juga tidak pernah belaku keadaan yg bergitu merumitkan saya.sebelum ini saya telah membeli 2 kereta myvi utk anak saya dicawangan lain.saya amat dukacita atas apa yg belaku pada saya dengan pihak cawangan HQ tiada tindakan dan susulan langsung walaupun 3 kali buat aduan.dan pihak cawangan perodua setapak tersebut tidak langsung rasa bersalah dan meminta maaf atas kesilapan mereka.
