Decent experience for a showroom. Big with parking. Wait time for cars lower than other showrooms

Great customer service. How come not five stars? Well, thanks so distancing SOP. Cannot really do much if u r waiting. No food and beverage bar.

Fantastic service by Umai. Went back today to have second look, great service by Azian who let us test drive the Ativa. Super.

Used to give plenty of stars, but 2nd time losing my booking, no process of handling queues, basically your appointments are worthless. Just queue like the rest of uncivilised humans and it will be all the same. Malaysian culture at ita finest

Took car for a service and was given back the car with damage to my wing mirror (paint scratch and chips on plastic cover). Clearly no care and attention given during service, most likely rushing through a lot of jobs as the place was very busy on a Saturday. Bitterly disappointing. Avoid at all costs.

Have a good experience at this Perodua Sentral, all staff are so polite and helpful, one of the staff (that time I was in a rush and forgot to ask his name) he helped me to get my car because I forgot to see where my car is parked after car service. He help me to check and drive to me.

Compared to other perodua service center this is much much better. The process was fast, the service provider (I had Ain) was efficient and friendly. The waiting area is big, tidy, complementary meals were replenished. I would recommend this center as parking space is sufficient too. Service was completed within an hour and a half.

Managed to book earliest slot for service appointment. Start at 8am n it finished at 10am. Normally if book later slot, it took around more than 3 hours waiting for the car to finish the service. I changed all tyres here in mid April 2021. They have a latest stock of tyres tht produced in early April 2021. Overall i always satisfied with the service offered here. Keep up good work to all perodua sentral staffs. Tq fr the kurma n nuts as complimentary gift.

The sales advisors are friendly when you make enquiries & booking for new car; then they will avoid & delay your new car allocation once you do not
trade-in your car. Lots of excuses that the Sales Manager is reviewing all booking applications (which took 3-weeks!) BUT Manager is willing to place you in 1st priority if you trade-in your car. What a load of BS!

Very poor expectation from a flagship branch, I’ve asked the customer service how long does the service take, he said 2-3 hours, so I’m fine with that but I have waited and waited and waited for 6.5 hours! Yes you heard that right, it’s literally 6.5 hours, if you could told me earlier I won’t be wasting my time and will send to service other day, 9.30am I send my car to service and only done at 4pm!

Very very poor customer service idk what happened post MCO. Previously it was fine. The entire Perodua Seksyen 19 was great but lately their customer service has been such a bummer. Call, no answer. Changed their WhatsApp number without any prior notice. So difficult to make appointment now unlike last time. Some more now no longer accept walk in. I literally had to walk in just to make an appointment because of poor customer service. Now I want to make appointment again for some tyre issues, the person responding my WhatsApp wasn't helpful at all and left me hanging. The fish? S/he even said that the tyre issue was noticed during last service but NO ONE informed me of it. Super unsatisfied with the current service, I've been a loyal customer since 2017, has MCO taken its toll on Perodua Seksyen 19? Reading the reviews, SO MANY are facing similar issues with customer service. Other staff/departments are fine. Please get this sorted out thanks

Very spacious showroom. Everything is here including service. Good staff and friendly, environment, parking at basement and many available. Highly recommended.

I've been going to this branch for the past 4 years and the service has deteriorated so much. I just went last week and it has gone from bad to the worst. To save your energy & make your money worth, please go to different perodua branch.
