By far the best service centre Mazda, staff are knowledgeable and totally know what their doing. Will informed and explained to customer in the waiting time.

Very impressive outlook, working attitude is not as expected. Check in 9.30am for 9.30am appointment for a simple 1000km check, only got out at 12.30pm. Had my other brands cars do service and check within 2 hours. Working attitude is very lax, does not match up to impressive setup.

The staff are friendly and attentive without being pushy. Servicing area has a spacious lounge with complimentary beverages and a place to do work and charge your devices.

Bersih memang ikut spec Japan bagus dijadikan contoh di luar sana, pekerja di situ kebanyakan mesra dan baik hati, yang tak bestnya hari kerja jalan situ jammed teruk parah, jalan pun rosak banyak lubang sebab ada construction lrt3 hampeh betul, better datang hari ahad kalau nak service jalan situ tenang tak jammed macam hari kerja.

Brought our Mazda 6 for repair as aircond was down and also found one of the rim got extremely heated maybe due to the brake system. Compressor was changed, alignment done. Car was at the workshop for half a month. Too back car with these additional problems that wasn't there:
1.car kept swaying to side,
2. On slope, car glide backward a lot
3.car lost power where accelerator feels loose too (accelerating at 5000rpm and yet speed is not gaining in tandem)
4.aircond blowing out with sound

Brought back the car to the workshop and they say - its an old car, its like that! They did not even bother to check the car, just test drive! Even this was not a problem when we send in the car, the excuse is - it is an old car!

The car is merely 9 yrs, Mazda 6- all these years never send outside for service nor repair, all care by Mazda! This is Mazda standard? !

I received a call from service center at 11.23am and said my car is ready for pick up after a 40k km service. I reach here.waited 20 minutes.mstaff passing me a blank form sign and said will filled up later. Which is not acceptable. And took me awhile to wait for them again. Bad service

The sales staff, Joyce, failed to inform us that the car we wanted to inspect was unavailable. She had known this days, prior to our appointment but didn't inform us. Such a disappointment and huge waste of our time.

Showroom is neat n nice. Sales staff Encik Faizal Shah was very informative n caring too. Parking wasn't much an issue.main road to its location is due to constructions so care need to be in full alert

The service centre has very friendly and polite customer facing staff, great facilities for families (e.g. Sofas, TV, softplay area, food) who opt to wait while the car is serviced and it’s a short wait for you to get seen to when you turn up for your appointments.

As another customer rightly pointed out, they should enable online booking of service appointments to improve the customer experience

The Mazda services is good but I hope that they will able to improve their maintenance scheduler to go online as we as Mazda customer need to call waiting for long (sometime no pick up call) to just make an appointment.

Being the hq of mazda aftersales, naturally service is thorough, and great service advisors with well portrayed friendly demeanour. Only drawback is its far from general commercial area so while waiting for car to be serviced there are no cafes/restaurants to walk to nearby. There is an inhouse canteen though but closed on weekends.

I wish they would train the employees answering calls for this centre. I spoke to three different people at three separate times (2 women and 1 man) and it sounded like I was speaking to someone at a pasar malam (Most times I believe event the pasar malam folk are friendlier!). It was as though these employees didn't believe in politeness or phone etiquette. They have much to improve on.

Service is good. But the call centre need to be improved. I called more than a few times for the past several days to make appointment and no on answered. Need to go drop the car directly early in the morning.

Prior booking for servicing is needed. Comfortable, spacious waiting area. Light meal and refreshment provided FOC.

Good service technicians and service staffs. Still you have to be on the lookout when you send you vehicle for their routine service as I have had experience problem once or twice. Probably one of the well maintained customer lounge you will find compared to similar other car brand centers nearby.
