Appointment 1.45pm. 5.50pm not done yet.service very bad.now 18.15pm.note done ye.when ask, many excuse.but one chinese man, training from hq help me to settle this.very kindfull and helpful.tq very much sir

Very bad and slow customer service, they told me I could collect after 2 to 3 days and I specifically mentioned to them saying that if my car need to put there for more than 3 days then I cant make it because I needed my car for transportation on day 4, otherwise I will only do the repair on next schedule. So they told me to relax and chill will get my car fixed less than 3 days but this is not the case, been called to service centre twice on the day of collection, first time I was told no confirmation yet, still not my turn, second call totally cut off my line when I was waiting for the status, 3rd time I call them they dont pick up at all. Now I need to reschedule all my plan tomorrow because of the misinformation given to me.

Update: ok to be honest i was having a bad day that day but they dont deserved to have just 2 stars. Changed to 3 stars.

Worst services I faced ever. After waited long hours of car services at glenmarie branch, took my car but the air cond is mulfunction! How can you handover car without air cond to your loyalty customer? Furthermore, it is after services! You have wasted my time for whole day and I need to go again for this silly overlook mistake. I trust your brand but not your services provided, especially glenmarie branch. Mazda hq should look into this seriously as it will affect the brand's reputation.

The waiting area for customers has a clean and safe environment. Snack and drinks are provided. Only irritation is that even though car is ready after service, car is parked outside and digital info board says car is ready, it takes a long time to collect your keys and car. Am not sure why, this happens?

Very rude, unprofessional, unfriendly customer service when i called for making an appointment for pre purchase inspection, i don't think these people have manners at all or ever been even to school to learn about manners and how to treat a customer.
What a shame, and on top of that they hang up on you!
Is this really a Japanese brand or some primitive prehistorical company? !

Serviced my car here and received friendly and efficient service. There are a variety of seats in the waiting area and complimentary coffee and tea from a Nescafe machine
Update Nov 2021: waiting customers can help themselves to nasi lemak, sandwiches and coffee. There is also a vending machine with drinks and snacks. Professional and courteous service.

Bad service, other mazda outlet have has better service at. Approached a salesperson to get price list, took 15 mins to come back with price list.

I very disappointed of mazda sale service. 10/2 i went to one of ur sg besi outlet and pay a deposit for car Cx8, i been told that cx 8 temporary out of stock and need to wait.after waiting for one week plus, i call and ask about the current status, sg besi branch still say out of stock, even i asked them to call ask other branches? They say all same.in the same day, my friend help me call and ask other branches, they told me that there got stock, and i feel cheated, i m disappointed of their service, i decide to cancel and they will will return back the money to me.the second day i pay deposit to other branches since they say got stock.after summiting all the thing, the second branches call me said that sg besi they hvnt cancel my bill and cannot order from other branch. WTF, mazda was collected my two time payment and this was *the service* they provided to client

Mazda claimed that they are the premium Japanese car maker, I sent my car in for normal service and I have to wait for 5 hours and no shuttle service to the nearby malls.

Very bad service. My appointment at 10: 45am at (mazda glenmarie) and the staff said need to wait for 2 hours plus for normal car service. But, at the end my car done at 3pm. It's take more 4hours for the car service.

Pls advise your sales persons to buck up. U are selling Mazda, not Ferraris. My son went to enquire on CX5, NONE of your available sales wanted to entertain him bcos he drove his old Pesona there. If he drove his A class there it would have been a different scenario? They entertained a couple who walked in. Remember t well known Mercedes story? He is going to a different outlet now. U guys just lost a deal. To t Manager, teach ur kids some manners. If u are not hungry GO HOME. Don't parade disgusting Clowns there.

After sending in for servise, the car come back with rumbling noise, when excelerate it goes louder.is just not right with curiosity open the hood and found that the air filter box is totally left open and not even seated proparly.this is mazda HQ service center so called SOP very high standardt compare to other branch, speechless. Simple thing also cant get it right

Good thing that the workshop fixed my car problem but need improvement on your customer service. Booked an appointment for 1: 30PM but waited till 2: 15PM and the reason they told me that it's "lunch hour" and the employees are away.

Dear Mazda Glenmarie,

Kindly advise the Sales Advisor they're the frontlines of Mazda Malaysia. Stop being choosy and arrogant with your customers.

Walked in to check out Mazda CX30 and clearly it took nearly 20mins for someone to final approach and checkout whether any SA has attended to me.

Sadly no one came forward though the showroom was with very few customers. The best part most of the SA are sitting and giggling at their front desk. Must be a super duper discussion till customers are avoided. Secondly 2 of the SA just looked and walked away as though I'm an alien from another planet.

Please buff up your frontliners. They suck to the core if you ask me compared to other Car Showrooms SA. I'm not going to categorize the whole team but I would say majority as easily 6-7 were just idling at the front desk.

I made an appointment for my CX-5 two weeks in advance. Arrived at 9.20 am for my 9.30 am appointment. Was told it would take 2 hours. I brought my young son with me, who was occupied by the play area, free hot chocolate, and cookies for a bit, but then started getting restless at 12.30 (3 hours past our appointment time). I asked the counter then how long more it would take and the guy said at least one more hour, so I had to make arrangements to go home first and come back later since it’s lunch time and I had my son with me.

I consider this very bad service. You shouldn’t make people book appointments in advance and give time estimates at check in if you don’t honor them. Please do better - at some point, even nice waiting areas cannot make up for ridiculously long waits. Especially inconvenient for people with kids.

Update: I returned home at 1 pm and nobody called me until I called Mazda Service back at 3 pm. The lady at the desk told me that my car is being washed so it would be another hour until it’s ready. So it’s been 6.5 hours since I last dropped off my car, 3.5 of which I spent waiting in the showroom, and I still don’t have my car yet.

Horrible service centre, had appointment at 11 30 am on a Wednesday for 1st 1000 km basic checkup (not even service), now its 2 30 pm and I'm still here, this is ridiculous.

Ask the guy who took my keys what's happening, he just smiles and looks away.

A gentleman sitting next to me has been waiting for 1 hour for someone to receive his car, he also had appointment.

Never coming back to this place! Unless you have absolutely nothing to do with your time then bring your car here, else avoid it
