83Bukan pos laju.pos lambat.penang island pos to penang island have to take 2 days to delivery.
Very bad service and always no pick up phone. They have 3 phone service line yet no even one can pick up the phone. Just wonder what the phone use for.

Saya call seluruh malaysia pnya pos laju, tak diangkat2 angkat (sajat). Sangat2 teruk, ada barang koyak tapi nk claims balik tak tahu mcm mna.
After the renovation work, it's more comfortable and not too space hogging. Service is rather average and no information counter. Parking was almost impossible to find at peak hours.

when unable to deliver item, didn't leave Delivery Arrangement Notice. But indicated in Track & Trace status they did.parcels kept looping between 2 Poslaju branches (per Track & Trace status).
didn;t indicate in Track & Trace items can be collected at which branch.
Pos Laju closed in the afternoon? May I know where to collect my oversea parcel?
The status updated Delivery attempted, Premises closed and left a Delivery Arrangement Notice. Hey, the item not even send out and just update the status. How can I do delivery arrangement, phone calls never reach?

Called the riders for pick up, came only after 2 days. I have 3 parcels to sent out. Your rider ask me why 3 parcels? Why cannot put into single parcel? What kind of attitude is this? Please improve ur service or at least mind your manners.

Called hundreds of times but nobody picked up. The workers are just busying themselves with chatting to other colleagues plus they are so ineffecient where it took nearly 1 hour and a half for me to get my parcel.
Called few times no answer, and ended with line busy, cannot call in anymore.very lousy service.parcel hold at poslaju penang for 3 days with no delivery made.
Phone call will never get through. Their phone is always on call. Even if u get through by chance, nobody will pick up the phone. So why put the phone number on when no one gonna pick it up?
On dated 18/5/2018, around 10.40am, i am damn angry with the customer service officer at victoria street poslaju office penang.a malay staff behave damn rude.she didnt even listen to what we are saying but behaving so rude and just put down my call when i ask her for second delivery.i really think their boss shud take action on them in order to improve their communication skill when INTERACTING WITH CUSTOMERS.the courier boy came to my place yesterday didnt even knock the door but jux left the notice under the door bfr i open d door.dats y i request for a second delivery.teruk betui!

Hope This branch will be close.forever. Such a waste money only hiring n paying them. This branch never 1 also deliver my parcel to the door step. Lazy people! Pos laju also Have some good staff from other branches.who always do excellents friendly service. But this victoria street full of lie. Call the counter thousands time also no one pick up.what the staff doing actually? Sleeping ah? In the end have to call customer service or i go to get the parcel my self. Thanks to customer service officer for being kind and Tanjung Bunga branch Despach team also for the excellent service.
