Very bad service my thing already at there 2-3 day today 22/5 only receive a sms can’t delivery due to afternoon raining day but I still receive other from pos laju ppl also can delivery. I ask Wednesday open Raya send to me but he said need collect by my self how come service like that.

Very inconvenient. No more forms for sending parcels. Need to download the app. Fill up online.

Tips: quicker to go straight to this specific PosLaju center if you just want to courier items.

Even though smaller post offices do have PosLaju, the queue there can be long due to miscellaneous services provided. Due to MCO, I saw a very long queue snaking outside a smaller post office and luckily decided to drive to Victoria PosLaju. The queue was much shorter, faster and efficient. Staff was polite, and adhered to all the procedures of MCO with social distancing, hand sanitizer and recording your contact details.

Having been to numerous courier services and even Pos Laju Georgetown, this is the worst place you want to drop your parcels/cartons. Twice went there in the space of 3 days and their international shipment was down. Despite carrying several heavy cartons inside, the staff at the counter only informed that I should have seen the notice in front. And added, most customers just walk in without seeing the notice. Rather than writing an essay of irrelevant words, just a big notice of "SYSTEM DOWN" would be more helpful. A few other customers faced a similar situation. Inattentive staffs, often in their own conversations and rather slow as compared to Pos Laju Georgetown.

The worst service.they charge extra for delivery before 10am but they deliver only evening.cheaters

Customer service is very appalling. This should not be the national courier of Malaysia. Such a disgrace.

This is a normal Post Office. The stuff is friendly and helpful. It is one of this Post Offices where you can collect your parcel, if they where not able to deliver it to you.

Picked up a parcel because Poslaju failed to deliver. RM3 for car parking. Can I claim back the parking charges?

I always track my parcel thru email notification! Every time parcel out for delivery & after parcel attempt failure, put note in my pos box & ask me to self collect the parcel! Basiccally ur worker is f**kg lazy! Why am I paying for pos laju if I have to self collect my self! Doing easy job while we as a customer the one sources of ur salary! Not even deserve any star!

Parcel out for delivery at 10: 34am and arrives at 5: 13pm for a location less than a kilometer from this place, after your business is closed. Where was the parcel the entire day? It must have been taken on a tour to see all the heritage sites and attractions around Georgetown!
