Dear Poslaju. For decades.please learn to call ur customer when you delivering to us? Dont keep putting tat silly slip into our mailbox? We wasted lots time to travel n take. We wont blame you, but will shoot those senders on why keep using you all.

Worst experience ever, delivery attempted and tick im not at home, even though i am at home, i call the office and make appointnent to pick up, but when i come to pick up, they say letter have been returned to sender. What a service!

Counter people were very polite and nice to walk me through my first postage. I went in morning, so no que. Parking was abit hard but if you just there for awhile, can kot. Clean and nice

Penghantaran Moto. Diberi kepada pihak ketiga untuk menghantar tanpa pegetahuan pengirim. Ini menyebabkan saya tunggu 3minggu untuk moto sampai.servis memang out.

Good services.very fast delivery.friendly staff.overall i am very satisfied with this poslaju and please keep it up on served people to sent their parcel with safe delivered without any damages.

This branch of Pos Laju is really the worst. Is it a lack of manpower? Too lazy to even attempted to deliver. I have just moved to the island and all delivery using Pos Laju will end up needing to self pick up. Even when my item is just A LETTER THAT CAN FIT INTO MY POST BOX, but still too lazy to deliver. But will mark everything as 'delivery attempted'. Yeah right, I don't even received a call.

Delivery status updated from ‘out for delivery’ to ‘delivery attempted’ all of the sudden, I did not even receive any phone call from the delivery man. This has happened more than one time! Worst courier service in Penang!

Poslaju supposed to be in pperation 7 days a week now? And yet, no delivery attempted on weekends, and come monday evening delivery attempted it states but no sign of the delivery guy on my door neither a call. This is absurd, ridiculous and had to be the WORST provider. I wish sellers would STOP using this service. Pos LAJU my foot!

Item did not perform delivery at all and simply update as delivery attempted then request to do self-collection.

If i could give 0 star i would. All my plants DIED because they failed in delivery attempt twice however when i went to the centre immediately after, the parcel was in the centre and they do not sent out at ALL.

Pos Laju's service is getting worse these days. I've been getting messages of failed delivery attempts & that delivery failed because recipient unknown to occupants at address.

Because of Covid, packages are to be collected at the lobby yet no calls were ever received from Pos Laju. Packages can be left with the guards too so I don't see how there could be any failed deliveries. They obviously lied & probably never even came. Then I'm asked to go collect my packages from Pos Laju myself.

Delivery was not possible as recipient was unknown to occupants at the premises.

Abang Tak Telefon saya. Tak ketuk pintu saya. Tak jerit name saya. Tak lekat letter ambil sendiri di depan pintu rumah saya. Then tiba2 shopee status keluar macam ini.abang Mana? Parcel saya kena send back to sender Tak faham lah ni.

The clerk is very polite, friendly and gentle. Keep up your good service! Was there 29/01/22 around 4.15 pm. She was alone and handle her work lovingly.

Very convenient. Now they have changed to e-consignment. No hassle of filling up consignment notes over paper. Just fill up the details through post Malaysia e-consignment, walk-in to nearby pos Malaysia branches, submit parcel and show your e-consignment qr code. As simple as that

Just your average post laju place. If you’re new to here, you should download the app and try to fill up the forms as they now wants the customer to do by themselves. Friendly staff, able to teach me how the apps works. Amazing.

Always never send the postage to the following address as the charges collected for the services. When they reached the apartments they just write down and mentionthat no contact details just put the slip in the post box and get away. Is it the services from Pos laju giving for the payments to customers?
This is my 3rd time in the time I'm waiting at home to collect urgent documents on hand. This is my last and will inform to my supplier too don't used Pos laju services again because ofcthis type of services.

Empty so fast service by courteous staff. But I had to go there because item was not delivered to my residence. No explanation given.
