Poslaju

Pemalas, terus tinggal notis delivery unsuccessful dan harap org ambil terus barang dari kauter. Orang kerja dari rumah kot waktu MCO. Kaunter tutup hari sabtu sepanjang MCO. Kemudian tulis buka pukul 8 pagi. Padahal buka 8.30 pagi. Ingat semua orang ada kereta senang-senang nak pick up barang. Service ke laut! Tolonglah perhatikan pekerja yang suka tinggalkan notis pick up sendiri sebab dia malas nak hantar.

Missed call for 3 min. Make a phone call after that, delivery says he goes off already. So fast! Ok. So unsuccesful delivery from 22/5 until 1/6! Keep on giving false hope of item delivery for today! And then unsuccesful delivery! Want to wait until when? !

The rating for Pos Malaysia all are very low, now i believe why it caused.
Super poor service, no one pick up the calls.
Irresponsible, i missed to collect my items. I have always trace from Pos laju website the delivery status, i feel weird why take so long to send the items, so i tried to call Pos office, but no one answer the call. During full MCO, i also not sure whether they are working or not, but called many times and many days, no one answer the calls. Until yesterday i trace the delivery status again, the system shows that my items has been sent back to the sender (oversea). How can Pos office send back my parcel to sender without any notification?
Their system for tracking delivery status also did not update on time. Such a lousy management, how can Malaysia move forward?

Saya menghubungi pos laju untuk bertanya barang yang kita order, tetapi penghantaran lambat sedikit disebabkan staff kekurangan ataupun terlalu banyak barang yang di hantar ke tempat lain.

I don't know why they keep my parcel for 3 days only to get "item failed to deliver. Will attempt to re-deliver" when they haven't even deliver in the first place? I didn't get a call or anything. Then I got a text saying i have to collect it myself. I paid for the delivery charges why do I need to collect it myself? Plus it's quite far from my house. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.

Service was very poor. Went there early in the morning and eventhough i was the only customer around, was made to wait until the staff finished their chit-chat & when enquire about my parcel, they seemed reluctant to check, probably bcoz they have not warmed up for work yet

The staffs there were super helpful. I’ve never gotten any excellent service as this place!

No one ever picks up the phone call, slow delivery. Even Cawangan Serahan Mutiara does not answer phone calls.

I can feel the service getting better, atleast delivery on time, and also willing deliver item to doorstep

Can’t even pick up the phone. Give the number for second delivery, not even pick up the phone, till all credit gone. What is wrong with this pos laju

Posmen sampai rumah x call customer lepas tu letak surat suruh pickup. Call x berjawab. Apa faedah letak nombor fon kalau telepon pon x dapat. Kalau kena saman sebab langgar PKP nk p ambik barang dkt depa. Depa nk bayaq ka. Hampeh.

This pos laju at Victoria Street the service is very worst. I call more than 10 times to confirm my parcel but nobody want to pick up the call. Wish that top management will take action to the staff. Working attitude is worst.

Tracking system shows parcel was out for delivery but failed to deliver. In fact, they never came to do delivery. Wanted me to go over the facility myself for collection.so yeah, now I can see why the bad reviews are overflowing.

Tulis item out for delivery.seharian menunggu tapi takde pun poslaju yg datang.alih alih tulis customer takde kat rumah, da left note.padahal poslaju tak datang pun.note apa pun takde tinggal.hahahahahahahaa.cust jugak disalahkan.tolong hantar barang saya hari ni ye.

Today (19/05/2020) in the morning i went to this post office.there was a mamak (hindu-muslim) was skinny featured lady sitting at the counter. I told her i want to do poslaju, but she scolded me saying 'saying no poslaju until raya'. I was wondering why she scolding me like this. Then, I told her what else I can do to sennd this pos, its urgent. Then that lady replied, you better go by yourself and delivered the courier. I scolded her for talking rude with me.then she shouted 'why all indians are stupid' cant understand things and 'malas nak layan kaum hang'! And returend my parcel to me and ask me to 'get out '. I felt so offended! When I complaint no one take action. Felt very offensive.

Unprofessional the way courier stuff handle things, solid metal can brake, unbelievable, fees higher than j&t, yet the slowest service ever, no wonder 2 star only, sleeping ah!

Tolong teliti btl2 alamat yg ada k sebab dah 2 kali brg sy taktahu la htr kat sape.sa speechless habis niii!

Very bad. Waited an Item for almost 6 hours still not reach to me. Even go to their office but the item is out for delivery

Every order updated 'item out for delivery' on Friday is guaranteed to delay until Monday.
Only item out for delivery on (Mon-Thurs) will receive on day.
Why?
