74I don’t think they deserve 1 star. Seriously the worst service for this branch, parcel hold in office for more than 5 days for no reason, what they promise are fake. They will never send you on the next business day that they promised!
Fail delivery, ask to call for arrangement, call back on Thursday, told me will be at Friday, and Friday no receive, call back at Friday, told me will be Monday, and Monday fail again, call again to escalate and told me will try to made the arrangement on Tuesday.
I only come here to collect parcels. Receptionists are helpful and get things done. No issues. But it takes a while, there is usually a queue, it's not as clean and tidy as poslaju's new office in Bayan Lepas, and there are no seats for customers waiting in line. So it's not a welcoming place but I guess it doesn't need to be.
It's correct that all reviews complaining GDex never answering calls from morning till afternoon. 04-6456525
Experienced 3 times my parcels sent back to shipper cos reason given 'not delivered due access not allowed'. When I asked the Customer Service what that meant: cannot enter the premises. My address PENANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT which is ACCESSIBLE to the general public. My office received a lots of parcels and letters EVERYDAY!
The worst delivery service in Malaysia. These guys don't bother coming to your apartment if you don't answer their phone call. No delivery card is left. When you go to pick up they are unprofessional and impolite, as if it is your fault it did not get delivered. I have had multiple experiences and all are this bad. See the pic on how disorganized their pick up place is. Wish I could give zero stars.
For collection and drop off expect long queue during lunch time. Overall delivery service still ok, but still a lot to improve. Almost no seating at office, so do not go around lunch time if you are not able to stand and wait.
Terrible service.never call to arrange delivery and no 2nd delivery provided with mamy reasons.
The place is too narrow to be parking aside of the road. I suggest if can the company delivery van park at behind so can make more space to customer who come to pickup their stuff. Otherwise is ok just the space to park is limited.
WORST SERVICE EVER! RUDE DELIVERY GUYS. I AM AT WORK AND YOUR DELIVERY GUY CALLED ME TO CLAIM THE ITEM AT THE WRONG LOCATION, TAKE NOTE WRONG DELIVERY LOCATION.

Service parcel paling bodoh pernah jumpa abad ni. Suruh tunggu kat rumah, tunggu 5 jam, no call at all after that then cakap cannot be reach by phone and patah balik pergi HQ. Kenapa la ada service bodoh macam ni, and why lazada still guna service gdex.
Kenapalah lazada pakai gdex. Problem dengan pekerja lelaki india. Aku suruh trace no pun nak taknak. 3 kali aku jmpa dia. Macam taknak keja ja. Mcm nak maki je dpn2. Keja main2 mcm mabuk todi. Nasib ada pekerja lain boleh mintak tlg. Kalau hg bca ni hg better behave.
Gdex courier service really improved compared to last time when I first used it. Unexpected fast delivery it only took a day or two. They managed to make a call before arriving. Overall quite satisfied. Keep it up.
That obesed girl is rude and should be fired right away.when customers asking questions, she's answering in angry tone. When paying her rm110.60, expecting i would make her life easier to just give back rm90 change but hell no, shes asking for smaller change.why is this angry fat girl so angry all the time.did other employees steal her food or anything? If yes please return the food that belongs to her.ty
