74I arranged for a pick up service on Saturday but they never called or came. I emailed their head office and arranged for another pick up schedule. However, again they never came. Bad service by GDEX Bayan Lepas with inefficient workers.

Terlalu lama simpan barang, smpai berhari2, bila kita dtg nk ambek dia kata sytem down. Sblom saya dtg, call customer service dia kata boleh ambek.saya pi xboleh la.kau ingt umah aku dekat ke siot

Driver Called once, then no keep calling, we need to call back centre and pick-up ourselves. Very bad service.
Poor service from GDEX. Will never use their courier services if not necessary. Very bad experience from them, few years dy, didn't improve at all. Didn't receive my parcel as the date stated end up received a message from them asking me to collect at the office. Then, I tracked my parcel only know that they didn't even deliver out. Then, stated there undelivered due to unable to locate. So, how other courier service can deliver to my house? Didn't even receive a call from them. Asking to rearrange for the shipment n they said have to depend on their available arrangements all that nonsense things. Didn't get what we pay for the service. Really not recommend GDEX.

Mat despatch tak beradab. Very bad punya servis. Tolong jangan pilih GDEX ya kawan kawan. Layak makan maki ja depa ni. Kurang ajar.
Send wrong parcel to me, the paper bag is my name, but inside the paper bag is other person parcel from taobao, then where is my taobao parcel? Call to customer service they just let me wait until they call back. ️ Not professional! Btw anyone have this experience before?
Bad customer service. Folks asked customers to stand outside under the hot sun because of physical distancing but they don't provide any form of shade. I planned to ship some tea overseas as gifts for a friend but they stated that I need some certification. They didn't even check by the way. Seems to me like they didn't want the hassle to deal with overseas shipment.
Extremely bad service I had faced. Sender and me even not make any call for office collect, the status there straight change to OC. Call for so many time, they just cancelled my call. When I go there, the officer there also had a very bad attitude. If negative star is available, I will give that
Service really poor. GDEX texted me yesterday morning around 9am, stated the consignment is out for delivery. So i waited and stayed home for whole day. But until night I didn't heard any door knocking and i didn't received any call from the delivery man. I wasted a day waiting for my consignment like what only. Then at night i checked in the system, it shows this "14: 55: 18 Undelivered due to Refuse to Accept - Consignee Not In ". If compared with J&T, Poslaju and Ninjavan, GDEX is the worst among the worst. Delivery man from other courier service know how to call me or call my father's number stated on the door. But GDEX, didn't have any initiative to reach out the customer. Thanks for the worst service.
Now I understand why GD Exp get very low rate here. Your staffs from delivery guy up to office staffs are very rude and not professional. You call and scolded customer just simply your poor delivery arrangement. Dont forget you're in servicing business. Wondering how you going to survive with so poor services. Nothing impressed at all to choose you as a forwarder in future. Pos Laju much much educated and superb service than you.
Got called on 18th to receive package at office but since wfh, ask to divert to my address but cant, so in the end self collect
Went to sg tiram penang branch on 22th to collect, parcel alreadu return saying they only keep 5days as parcel been sitting at their office since 16th.
This means the parcel was not delivered until 2 days later then return on 21st, kinda stupid when i only received the call on 18
ETA 14/5.inbound 12/5 after 16/5 wanna collect by my self and they say not sorting yet.i already use extended warranty 3 day by shopee till 20/5 untill now still not receive yet

During mco period, the delivery guy did not wear mask! And we had to shout at each other for ic verification as it was raining, and we weren’t able to maintain 1m distance.why didnt the company provide workers with a mask?
This branch is totally irresponsible on their working ethics! Never attempt to deliver my item and try to reach me by a phone call. Then, i called HQ for reschedule of item delivery and HQ promised a date and time with me. However, this branch does not attempt another delivery with scheduled time and purposely held back my item in their office as shown in the tracking status. Lastly, this item end up with FAILED DELIVERY. Feeling pity for the seller. This BRANCH has very very POOR service!
Call sekali. Baru nak angkat dah letak. Call balik x angkat. Lepas tu state barang xboleh hantar. Mintak hantar semula xsampai2.

Never delivered my goods yet told my sender say they went no body at home.
My sender sent out last Thursday, today i have not received my Goods!
My parents was waiting since Friday and Saturday, they can't go anywhere else just because of waiting GDex Express delivery my goods!
This is ->> second time! Kali kedua!
