74 I received a call from GDEX Penang 04-688 9051 to collect the parcel my own from the office. Reason given was I did not answer the call yesterday. This is truly ridiculous and unacceptable. I paid for the delivery fees and yet i do expect to do self collection? And, doesn’t the deliver guy should call to ensure is the recipient around before they come over? Or we can make an appointment instead. The guy keep highlighting if I couldn’t collect now or only available after CNY, they can’t keep the parcel and they will have to send back to parcel to the seller. Is this the issue I need to taking care of? He doesn’t give me any solution but keep stressing me to collect it ASAP. And the problem is, I don’t even been told clearly what parcel is that. I’m truly disappointed with the poor service and unprofessional staffs.
Avoid GDEX if you’re a seller!
Sux service. If can give 0 star I definitely will choose that. The delivery man never call customer and just SMS, don't even mention time to delivery. Suspected that taking the parcel go round and take back then ask customer to claim from gdex office.
Gdex paling teruk sekali. Kol tak pernah angkat. Buat kerja halai balai. Tak alert langsung. Customer cakap nak pickup tapi tetap courier bawak keluar barang. Pastu minta nk telefon driver, takmau bagi.
The most inconvenient courier i have ever encountered. Delivery people will only call u 1 time then if u wont be able to answer they will automatic reject the delivery, i called them 1min after i missed the call and they never answer. Called customer service and they were just giving me false hope and promises but never did
any resolution even a single thing. Ending i picked it up to their office. I hate them so much. Except the receptionist oin the office that is very nice.
Gdex bayan baru's service for me is quite good, have been using them for quite a long time, they always delivered on time. However its normal for them to not pick up the phone just like any other courier company. Be sure to call their customer service 04-371 7802 if you have any problem with your parcel.their customer service hotline did answer to my inquiries and solved my problem.
Very bad service. Waited so long to get the item. Too many item is not undeliverable. So customers need to come to collect with waiting time around 20mins.
Sometimes they deliver really fast but this time. OMG. There were PASSPORTS for goodness sakes! They didn't even leave a note to say that the delivery was unsuccessful, ON TOP OF the fact that there was somebody home! AND THEN, they sent me an SMS, with no TRACKING CODE and NO POINT OF PICK UP. What is wrong with them? I don't understand!
Twice I check. Being inform that they have already called. Nonsense, I have waited whole day but nothing.
On 20/8/2019. Called to branch at 12.50pm to ask bout my item, after my third call to the branch at 4.40pm only I am being told that my item delivery is after 5pm. At least let me knw early so that dun have to waste time waiting since morning. Branch told me that my place always item going to be send after 5pm, why didn't they answer me early since they know it. Had numerous encounter with the rest of courier services in penang but all went well and smooth. Very cooperative. They even ask the driver to call me so we can arrange accordingly. Gdex told me that they couldn't contact their driver, lol. Are your driver absence or on leave that u don't know. Ridiculous.
Did not turn up and didnt bother to call. Repeatedly didnt turn up next day too for new request. Lousy service. No response when made complaint to them. Why are they in business if they can perform. Dont depend on GD Express if u need to send something urgently.
Bad service, tell coming home, but didnt and tell fail to deliver, not try call customer like other courier not recommended
Excellent Customer Service, the staff is helpful and the driver is friendly and good service. They texted before delivery and called when they near. Wonderful
Horrible service. Don't even bother to ring the door bell or give a hon during delivery when there's someone at home but instead, place a sorry card and make customer to get it at the branch.
Moderate service. Receiption staff is helpful. The atmosphere is just a new office or basic office. But the information about quality service can be read easily. Recommended to have queuing system rather then call or recognise customer.
I run an online shop so I drop by regularly here. I know the staff and they also know who I am. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Apart from their delivery speed, I want to mention this particular branch hung up me immediately after picking up phone, didn't give me a word or response. I couldn't even complete saying "hello". They didn't even call me when they arrived my house which could prevent me from picking up by myself or attempt another delivery.
Worst experience, would give 0 stars if I could. This is the 2nd time after I ordered and they do not attempt delivery just send an sms telling me to come collect the package. They told me they attempted delivery which is also a lie as we are home everyday. Then they say the security wouldn't let them up- another lie. They just lie and no customer service at all. We have many packages delivered by many couriers and they always arrive without issues so I know GDEX just lies and wants to save by having people come and pick up packages, like everyone has time to waste like them all day. Even after I told them I'm going to ask not to use there service they just say yeah ok- they don't care at all and they know they are liars.
I dont even want to give 1 star.they deserve a 0. Most horrible service.everytime there is a delivery with them they never delivered it.i have to go pickup.they just give 1 ring and disconnect and update as customer not available. Such low life cheap company. I dont uderstand why some companies deal with them. Horrible customer service not fit to be in this service
I will give 0 rate if possible. Worst courier service ever, it shouldn't be existed in this planet.

Wrongly rate
Consider a good courier company compare to the lousy Skynet. Receiving parcel from gdex multiple times this years, usually they shipped from Penang warehouse the next day parcel arrive, if big item driver will attempt to call ur phone if no one at home, but small parcel they will just leave a note.as for Skynet, not even send out my parcel after 6 days parcel arrive penang warehouse!
