GDEX Bayan Baru

Wouldn’t accept online payment. Called once but made it seemed they called many times to deliver. Rider asked to pickup from courier company. Went after 3 hours but couldn’t take my item because wouldn’t take cashless payment. Lousy service!

This place can be described as rubbish. I called and answered the phone and immediately turned off the PUI. I went to get the things you told me to close down sooner or later. The next call I made was that they were sent out. I suspected that the people who hired them were all from oku. Saying OK and forgetting is basically perfunctory to the customer.

5 star to the lady staff for helping me. Got the other guy no sure mamak or indian just ignore me

Arranged pickup but not even attempt to come over my place. Have to come personally to send my package.

It's surprising late process my delivery, handled my item Monday morning, after I called customer service to remind, only then posted my item on Thursday, without informing me about anything (either apologies). It's really heartbreaking for such experience from this branch as GDex usually takes 1-3 days efficiency for their service.

Worst delivery service, didnt deliver my parcel due to public holiday and the next working day ask me pick up myself, on the phone the staff was speaking unclear and I ask to repeat again what he said, he just hanged up the phone, very rude and impolite attitude

I ask them why my parcels left undelivered for 3 days no inform & they reply of course la~ delivery man on leave no one ma~ no my job to inform. Sick workers

The worse Gdex branch, ask us standby to answer call, if failed to answer call than need to collect parcel by ourself at office!

Worse gdex branch ever. If you failed to pick up the phone, then u will need to take the parcel by yourself, which is fine and normal for me. But here is the weird thing and I don't understand, I live in a condominium and every parcels that I have bought has been always put in the parcel section in the condominium. Gdex don't even bother to put the things in the parcel section, its very very weird, never had I experienced this before. The worst part is I don't have a car and need to spend RM19 on Grab just to go and take my parcels, If possible I wont even rate a single star. Pray that I won't kena this courier ever again if not I have to spend another bloody money on Grab.

Went in the morning for merchandise return drop-off as per the e-commerce product seller request. All sorted and done in less than 5 mins.

Overall everything OK. Just the guy serve not a well train customer service. The way speak no manners.

Working in a mall, driver just drop the parcel at a random counter there then left.never called to receiver. Before that, hv tried to call for few times, (branch no.) no one pick up the call & (cs no.) - two different cs said to call me back but never.

Parcle reach the Delivery Hub over then weeks but no movement, no update, no delivery n also no one pickup phone.call HQ only told us will check with the branches.

Probably the worst courier service I have encountered. And this particular branch is super unresponsive and would just proceed to ignore your calls or whatsoever. Would love to give 0 stars if possible.

Service very lousy in this office, came far away to pick up my parcel, then they lazy to find for me just say will call my phone number when they found it.

My parcel inbound in here since 2/9/2021,15/9/2021 call me to collect parcel, no one trying to delivery my parcel, just call me and ask me go branch collect. Ask them delivery my parcel ASAP, they say need wait long time

Arranged for a parcel pickup from my residence using myGDEX system due to MCO. Set the pick up time at 10 a.m on 28/05/2021. Waited the whole morning and half afternoon.no one turned up. Called customer service. The operator mentioned that the van is en route to my place from Bayan Baru branch to pick up my parcel. Waited for another 3 hours, nobody turned up. Called customer service again and they mentioned Bayan Baru branch updated their system as 'SHIPMENT NOT READY'! Excuse me? Did you even turn up at my house to say that my parcel is not ready? I've been waiting for the whole day with my parcel packed nicely to be picked up and in the end got cheated by this Bayan Baru branch. Very unprofessional and seriously big time liars! If you can't collect my parcel on time at least please give me a call and talk to me first. They didn't even care to give me a call but directly lied to their so called system that shipment is not ready at customer side. I ended up cancelling my pick up after reading the stream of negative reviews in Google.
In a nutshell, if you are looking to send your parcel safely, please DO NOT use GDEX!
