Extremely Slow delivery after service was done. Washroom hygiene to improve. Floor tiling lining dirty. Only satisfy with reception.

Be careful of extra item charges

I send my car for 20k service and plus a poor handling performance in my car.
First, the estimated bill was over RM840. I thought this was normal, since they are the expert. But i decided to check the itemized bill. To my surprise, these is a lot of "optional" items. I reduced many of those unwanted items and final estimate was just RM385. Imagine over RM500 on item you DONT NEED.you should also check your itemized rather than just believing them.
Second, my poor handling was said to be because disc break. Its a brand new car, and they just "skimmed" the disk and said its SOP. So, now my disk that probably can last for like 5 years is skimmed to only last for like 3 years? That is not the issue, but what a customer is given a faulty item and again left wt a faulty item. Why does TOYOTA gives warranty?
It didn't end there, they said my both tyres are faulty. Asked me to change, listening to the "experts" advice, I agreed to change my tyres. After spending another ~RM640 (additional balancing and others), I got back my car. Guess what, I still have the same handling issue. NO DIFFERENCE, except I feel cheated of ~RM640
So be careful of all those sweet talking officers and executives, they will deceive you into paying more.

A good official Toyota service centre for the Puchong area. And usually without super long queues like other larger centers. When you drive in, the guard is super helpful and polite. The reception and service executive are very helpful. Explains everything in detail and tells what is optional compared to some other center that doesn't. So servicing here feels more economical compared to some others. There's s very comfortable waiting area with TV, coffee, free WiFi where you can see you car being serviced though a large glass wall. I'm happy to recommend this place for any Toyota service.

The lady at the reception was outstanding, very friendly and patient. Give her a raise already! Had to wait a bit long, about 3 hours but I walked in and never made an appointment, so cant complain. Overall, will go again.

Late service appointment at 9 am until 9.30 no one attend, feel sad with Toyota service centre

Answer was given need to wait for turn
Appointment mean set time and schedule for costumer follow time

Fast, easy appointment but need prompting.my car had a problem so sent it in.it was ready and i saw already put out for deliver more than 30mins but the counter guy didnt call me untill i myself walked up and asked.

Wifi and snacks available while waiting car to be serviced. Cosy and less crowd enviroment makes everthing feels very comfortable. Even the staff are friendly.

Good welcome at reception. Well attended promptly by the service consultant. Nice customer lounge with wifi connection and drinks and tidbits for waiting customers. Overall good and professionals.
