Good service place. Just abit hard to get grab from here if you want to leave your car there. Still good service from staff.

Had my car service here. Lucas was my tech associate. He explained to me well. Great job Lucas.

I am a regular customer and there is a reason for it. Their service is 5 star. Their staff is 5 star. Their communication is 5 star. Their dedication is 5 star. Their quality is 5 star. The best so far. I have been servicing my car at Unihub for the last 9 years. Keep up the 5 star excellent work.

Very bad service quality. Left my car at the service center and they called to say ready for collect, but end up I waited for 2 hours since I arrived. My car wiper was fine before sending in, but after I say no need to change, my car was return with broken wiper.

Horrible service center, horrible service attitude, horrible management.

Service ok, but it is very inconvenient when you found there have problems after getting your car, they only allow us to go back for checking during weekdays as assume that we don't need to work will never go back for service anymore

Becareful when you bring your car to service here, Becareful.
You better stand beside the Technician and watch them from Start to End whether did they change any part of what should change during the services.

Some of them are LAZY, and just simply ignore the whole process, so end up you'll get a "Untouch" car but still paying your Service Fee.
The way of alignment the car also Funny! Got machine but did not use! Use bare Hand and eye only!

Set appointment pkl 2. Centre kata pkl 4 baru boleh service. Masa call tanya semua ok, boleh buat sbb tak banyak kereta. Lemah pengurusan. Air habis di lounge. Tak friendly to customer. Datang 30minit awal, dimaklumkan ada 15 kereta tak siap lagi. Berapa banyak terima appointment dalam sehari woi? Bad2 service. 2 jam tunggu gitu2 je. Kaunter gomen pun x lembap mcm toyota puchong.

Comfy and cozy service center for customers but keep in mind that theyre busy often so take an entire day off if you would like to service your car here. Friendly staff members and clean ammenities too.

Im waiting from 3pm until 6: 30pm.kereta basuh macam x basuh…not recommended…layanan okay PIC, tapi service kenderaan teruk…

Good experience with friendly helpful staff. Just the waiting areas facilities can be better for working while waiting with charging point for laptop. Thank you & looking forward to see improvement in the waiting areas.

I sent my car two Fridays ago to change all 4 tyres. After leaving I felt the car a bit unsteady like swerving each time I drive. I called them to inform that I have problems controlling the steering. They said the staff who attended to me would call back but until now no respond. As my life feels endangered due to the condition of the I plan to call Toyota HQ to lodge a complain if they do not return my call by today. In addition they said they washed but my front window from inside is clouded. Poor service. Never experienced this at other Toyota service centre before. Melaka branch still the best.

Good service. They really help alot not only in routine service. I have several issues they really check on it very details and help to solved it. They also help me to checked on the water leaking issue which caused by other service center and they fixed it. Not like other service center which advise me to go back to the service center which caused the issue. Their service is so good. Recommended!

Came here with my partner to get her car serviced. Made an appointment at 10am. We leave the car there and expect it to be done around maximum 2 hours time.

Got a call from them around 11: 25am only to be told that they were only now starting to service? Our appointment is at 10am and we expected the call coming in to tell us that the car was done and ready to be collected.

Then we got another notification around 1: 30pm-ish from them again saying that it will be done by 2: 30pm. Ended up we were only able to collect the car around 3pm-ish! And when asked about it, they mentioned “oh kita pun tak tahu? ”? !

What kind of normal car service that will take up to 5 hours? ! Wasted so much of our time

Had my first 1k service and I waited for slightly less than 2 hours. Beyond my expectations and my service adviser Peter Yap was polite and professional. Thanks!

Masalah yg sama tak selesai.tiap kali service mesti nk kena cek problem yg sama.mcm pakai kereta 2nd hand pulak.baik service kat luar je kalau mcm ni.tkde masa nk mengadap benda yg toyota takleh settle.duit boleh cari, masa tak boleh beli. TOYOTA! Tolong pantau service centre anda!

Great experience with the unihub auto service center. Especially the service advisor Muhammad Khairul Anuar for his excellent service.

Friendly and fast service. Much better than the other Toyota service centre near Puchong IOI mall.

Need to improve advisory services to toyota customers for complaints raised instead of refusing not to repair them or there are other reasons
