Clean and organise with space.
The only problem is that tidbits or nasi lemak are never there at the services counter. Should consider as for the amount RM customers paid with some considerations which need to wait till lunch time.
Staff are friendly, with courtesy.
ASTRO channel should consider enhancement optional choice.
Should also consider fogging serounding due to mosquito.

If you booked during the weekend, do expect delay. Parking space a little crowded but ample space for waiting area. Free flow ice cream potong, coffee machine and filtered drinking water. Overall service is good.

Waiting time is soo long. This is is the first service center that took half a day to settle even for normal service

I took my car for normal service recently. The staff at this Toyota Service Center were all very polite. I wish to thank Mr Faris, one of the staff who attended me. He is helpful, cost conscious and polite. He even reviewed the condition of a previous parts defect. It is good to have someone like Faris in the workforce. Well done, Faris

I sent my car for service 8am and was told will take about 2 hours. After 3 hours, there was no update for my car. I called the center and was told may take a bit longer. Finally, I got a call at 1.10pm, the car will be ready after wash.

I went to collect the car at 2.45pm but the person attended me earlier not around.i am now waiting for him.very frustrating.

Service reps should take delivery of vehicles instead of depending on receptionist. Not correct to leave keys w receptionist w/o service reps making checks on the cars. I presume standard SOP includes plastic seat protection, which was not adhered in my case.

The service took longer than what the staff told us. They said they found new blinking light on the dashboard so they checked on it. Since it is for safety purpose, I am okay with it.

I asked for visor replacement, but the visor faulty. I forgot to check when I receive the car so I need to u-turn back to the center to change them.

The waiting area is comfortable for long hour wait. They follow the SOP. They also has small cafe that you can buy drinks if you want. The staff also very friendly.

Good service centre. Got some wallplug if you bring your charger or laptop. Staff is great.

Make sure to eat breakfast first before going. No mart or stall close enough to the premise. Outside premise, other shoplot got furious guard dog that keep barking to pedestrian.

Tempat servis okay.ada kerusi selesa, ada wifi, ade tmpt buat coffee utk pelanggan.layanan terbaik dari pekerja.peramah ka dikatakan.toyota terbaikkk.kalau ade 10 star. 10 aku bagi!

[UPDATE] After making a complaint the same day with my service advisor, Mr Lucas on 30/4/21, at the same time, I was very upset all day and upset because my car was only 1 week and a half old. Then, Mr. Lucas took immediate action to help me solve my car problem. He asked me to return to their service center to resolve it as soon as possible on 01/5/21. Thank God, now my car lights and doors are back like a new car and my eyes and heart are healed. Thanks to my service advisor, safely solved this problem for me. Improve your service and make sure this problem does not happen to other customers too **********************SETTLE*********************

30/4/2021-Initially I was very happy with their service advisor and reception. But, I don't understand why. I came to service the engine oil, do the tire balancing and fix the car window that sounds.why the technician went to touch the lights, why? Exchange things for what? The original that lights turn off automatically when we off the engine.and now, now after services, everything is change, I have to turn off the lights manually! And also, the door cannot be opened from the inside on the driver’s side. The car door made a noise and vibrated. Very dispointed during that day.

Note: Dear customers, please be careful and check your vehicle after service. If not, you will face the same problem as me.

Great customer service provider. Gave explanation in detail & accurate. Waiting area so much cozy. Provide with refreshment & entertainment come with free wifi. Will be coming again for next service.

First Service of my Car. All well explained and on Time - Waiting Area is comfortable. Thanks to the Service advisor Muhammad Naqiy. Happy to have a good service Center just 30 minutes from my home.

Called tor booking car service few days before I send my car here. Book 8am reached 8.15am and waited till 11.40am I saw my car park at outside and I guess my car services has done. But after 20mins waiting, no body inform my billing. So I checked with counter when is my car will be done. Guess what the answer is?
They answer me that their staff is going for lunch from 12-1pm so I need to wait for them come back and do my alignment and car wash

All the morning customer has went back and they knew I been waiting my car at service centre. No body update me till I check
I complained their service and push them do the alignment before their staff go for lunch. They should allocate their staff take turn for lunch and ensure good customer service during the peak season

I’m not satisfied to their service at all

(update) after complain done, they notify me after a week that they are able to change a new gear stick for me. Thank God, now my gear stick is as new as my car and my eye sore cured. Thanks for my service advisor, well done for solving this issue for me.

Initially I was very happy with their service advisor and reception. They are very helpful and friendly. But… when I got back my car I was rushing back so I didn't check properly before I left the service centre. I only found out when I reach home that there are two scratches on my gear stick, my car is only one week old and I don't wear ring or any sort of bracelet. Contacted them and they denied, in a way told me no further action will be taken other than saying sorry for my bad experience with them. I wonder what can I do other than leaving a bad review here to raise the awareness. I'm so dissapointed and this is my first experience with Toyota for first service of 1000km. I wonder how many more scratches I'll get along the way until my car gets old.

Book an appointment via toyota apps 2 days ago, total costs roughly estimate @ Rm400. Original schedule 10am tomm morning.

Just now checked an apps, figures changed to Rm522 and appt has been changed. Feeling uneasy, logout and loggin again. "your appointment has been cancelled".

Experience with this service center was okay. Came on a weekend morning, no breakfast and no tidbits of any sort. Took about 2 hours. Car wash could be improved greatly. Seriously would rather not have the car washed with the service. Other than the car wash, everything else was okay.

Comfortable place. Breakfast provided n ice cream of course. Yummy! Their services also good and convenience
