Slow service, taking very long time for my turn. Booking was placed but yet still need to wait. I’ll never come again this branch
Clean and decent environment, despite reading lots of poor comments, I received quite a good service here. Service advisor is attentive, friendly and listen to my complaints carefully and filed the report. Service is done at an appropriate interval with on-screen informative display on the progress. Waiting lounge is comfortable with Wifi, F&B services and TV programmes. I felt a huge difference between this SC and the one in Setia Alam.
Worse experience to service my car here, called for appointment but no record, wait for 45 mins no ppl entertained. After service even threatened customer mileage over only service could void warranty! WTF is that? We pay money for this kind of quality and service? I don’t know nowsaday what Toyota was thinking but the service was ridiculous! Especially the threatening part, my worse experience and I won’t come back again anymore.
Very poor service don’t want use my warranty we got warranty but that center don’t use my warranty ask me to pay everything why this center only like this? Other center can calm my warranty. We got spoken with that center manager sri. That manager also give me lot of Example story but not take any action. Very disappointed with this center and service

POOR service. Wait for 5hr. My car still in queue not yet get services. Appointment on 1145am reach 1130am until 4.30pm my car still in old condition not yet do any services. If ur services centre cant handle so many car then dont call customer come to do services. BAD service
Called up the Center to follow up on my car issue. The receptionist (Chinese guy) was so rude as if it was mistake. He did assist me saying that the person in charge is looking into it but then when I questioned him on (the foreman fixed the reverse camera upside down) what can be done. He was so restless and said just wait for two weeks and that’s it. Before I could ask further, he just hang up the call. Is this how you handle customers? I used to service car there but no issues. Only this enquiry part which he pulled my nerves in.
One good thing of this service centre is while waiting, they provide transportation to nearby shopping centers for u to kill time FOC!
I wan to put 0 star actually. I come here for change my car airbag not come for give your staff steal my things. After steal my things keep say when i come already missing. Hallo please lar. My car have cam corder lar wei. Use brain lar. Your staff dun wan to admit then u ask me to give u abit time. Ok fine.i will wait your call on 8/11/18. Please dun diam diam then buat macam tak ada hal happen oo.
A place for all Toyota owner to send in their car for service and maintenance. Long waiting as in the weekend. Many customers but they have free shuttle service to bring you around certain hot-spot area to spend your time.
Poor service. Car has finished done and billing bill already print out. Ask me wait for another 15 minutes saying will call me! OK, fine I'm wait. 45 minutes gone no one call me! I go to counter and asking they told me my car ready already ask me go counter 7. OMG. Why let customer wait for so long if the car is ready collect.
Airbag change as per the notice from road transport department. Appointment made by phone call on Saturday morning for Monday 11am. The guy who answered the call was cold, as if I would be bringing troubles for them. On Monday, I arrived early. The Chinese receptionist was also cold. Not smiling at all. Waited from 10: 45am to 3: 45pm. No apology from the Chinese receptionist. Upon exit I even had to remind the receptionist to give me the vehicle pass for me to show to the security guard. Toyota, it is your airbag that caused me trouble to go there. I am not owing you anything.
I used to think they are good. Today, I waited since morning 9.30am, I am still waiting @3.24pm for my car to be fully service. If Toyota cannot serve so many then don't take in so many request. Or advise customer when they place their appointment.

Came here on the weekend. Waiting time was approximately 3 hours for a normal service. They offered light snack, beverage and even shuttle service. The shuttle only available on weekdays to the nearest malls around this area. Everything was fine except the attitude of the girls' at the lounge serving snacks. They were rude and sulky face when serving customers.
Comfortable customer lounge prepared for us to rest while waiting for our cars to be done. Complimentary tea and snacks provided too. However, the customer service didn't confirm the car sender's name and contact number with me so they ended up calling others (my dad) to discuss about the service. I wondered how they got my dad's name and number.
One of the better service centers in general which I have visited. Premises are large enough and offer adequate parking. Service personnel are professional and service is fast. Free breakfast provided in the morning with choice of beverages such as coffee.etc. Overall very nice.
Breakfast is served while stock last. Very convenient Surau and clean toilet. Can make yourself as in your office by using the working desk provided
It's ok to do minor servicing here, but big repair better go to others as here take longer time to resolve your issue.
Organised. SA is friendly. Wheel balancing & alignment team r competent. Servicing was also quick. Only gripe is lounge area had quite some mosquitoes.
Provides decent wifi connectivity, even with working desk with power, lounge with sofa, tv, papers and refreshment while waiting for your cars to be serviced.
