1st time being here. Crowded as early as 8am. Need appointment. Customer service was great, every explanation was done in details. Waiting time average around 3-4 hours per car. Light meal and snacks provided.

5 star to Mr Hong Service manager who attended my case. Very helpful person. Will definitely come back & look for him next time.

Worse Toyota center I have ever visit. Take 20 to just pass the key to counter. Worker are slow in respond. Never coming back. Toyota take note.

Nice place to relax and service the car with Breakfast "free" as one cup of coffee. Better service toyota at service centre (SC) due the parts are "original" from Toyota but the service cas at SC more than at normal workhshop. Better send to service or repair at SC If don"t know or a little bit knowledge about car

Lousy service. My car sent in or major service fix, one main scru was not fixed. Coolant was not added Nd the water tank is totally not filled with water. Operation hours till 5pm on Saturday, called many times unanswered. May I know your service level on par?

Put my car there in the morning today and went to work. Inspection done and problem fixed. Counter 12 staff is helpful! Sorry didn’t get his name, one young Chinese guy provide me clear info and leave me a happy Toyota owner. Most of the staff is friendly and the lounge is relaxing with provided coffee and Nasi Lemak.

They give me nasi lemak and tea for free. It's easy to become a yogi. It is possible to repair and purchase a vehicle.

Nice place, attended by staff very polite and respectful. Provided with refreshment as well.

The place is a bit secluded in Puchong but actually it's not as it's close to IOI on the way out.

Most units took a while to be ready, best to order as early as you can to get the unit fast. You can ask the dealer on the unit that has ready stock and can be ready in a month (usually the old model).

The dealer will follow up with you as soon as the unit is ready, all paperwork will be prepared by them and you just need to drop by once payment is settled.

Love it, nice waiting place with coffee and some breakfast in morning, if you wait for your car, waiting time is reasonable.

Helpful and friendly staffs to handle my enquiries when dropping off company's car for service and collecting another repaired car. Nice and clean environment too. AC can be a bit cold if one is waiting while your vehicle is being serviced.

Service advisor - Daniel Chan is very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions politely and patiently.

I've been servicing my car with Toyota for nearly 2 years but none of the advisor informed me that my tracking system has error.

I noticed about the error but thought that it was normal for the light to keep flashing.

Daniel pointed it out and helped to solve by arranging replacement for it.

One of the biggest dealers in Puchong. Plenty of seating, both for sales and service. Staff are supportive and attentive.

Send my car for checking, service consultant name Kris handle me, he is very helpful and let my car check carefully and retify some problems which under still under warranty by Toyota. All the change part need time to order and hopefully everything done by end Dec. Bravo

Bad experience. If I had a choice, I would’ve cancelled my purchase. The salesman name Kean. Don’t even know how to follow simple instructions for customer, gave me the opposite of what I requested for. Now I have to do double work and pay more.

Just avoid this salesman. Save you your time and white hairs. Waste my time even writing this review. Hope it helps future customers.

Ii would like to drop a big thank to your service technician Mr Loh for his fast and experience guide.
I had send my car for service on 18/10/2022, after the serviced, I found out right side is sounding when I was driving, I had check several times but no avail, after I came back to puchong service center, Mr Loh immediately found out that my car type has stuck with screw.
Then he immediately send my car for repair the tyre.
Tqvm for his experience and guidance.

Very poor service.send car for service 8am.said will finish 2 to 3 hours time.collect car 1 o'clock.
Ask to check usb connector not working.said change fues.checking usb not working also.really not recommend this service centre.

Excellent waitng lounge with free drinks. Good customers services. Electronic board display on your vehicles service and expected time completion. Any delay you will received an apology

Booking for the earliest 8am. Till 9: 30am my car still yet getting any action. No follow up
