63 Staff is friendly, however service is way too slow. Appointment at 9am on a Thursday, arrive on time but waited till 9: 50am and yet still not my turn. Complain to receptionist only then they attend to my car. What’s the point of making an appointment?
additionally, I ask for car wash and vacuum, collect the car at 2pm. But car wash was done horribly. Car is covered with dirty water stains, sand on chair seat, door and floor. Unacceptable.
Made appointment before coming but still took 5 hours for a services, yet sales agent just left the office without giving any instruction but let you hanging in there.
Promised to give the car within 2 hours.
First time coming to Toyota Service Center - new car check in at 9.15am, complain there's a noise at passenger seat whenever car engine and air-conditioning are switch on. After waited for 3 hours, outcome - reception said noise because foot brake, mechanic said noise because car battery is not connected probably weak. New car, seriously? But after service, the sounds are more obvious whenever on the road, cornering, air-conditioning and engine is on. Seriously I m regretting for sending the car to here. Some more got face claimed car was wash and vacuum is free, look at the picture for yourself. My car received in dirtier condition before I hand over for service.
Been coming here since I got the car 9yrs back, previously was not bad, but today waited for 25mins and no one came to confirm receipt of my car to proceed with the service. Had to go and ask at reception and she promised to check. I can accept slow service duration due to various covid related quarantine etc etc but to not even bother to explain is ridiculous.
Place is very spacious and clean, follows SOPs. Staff service is very quick, efficient n friendly. They even gave my Camry a quick wash

Friendly staffs, customer lounge is spacious but the road condition is bad. Lots of heavy vehicles on the road (industrial area).

I really like the service of this Toyota service center. Well equipped. Free Tea, coffee and lite snacks.

Service ok just that you need to pay attention on what services that they are going to do. Not all services need to be done.
Been here multiple times for car services. Pleasant and relatively fast service in this Toyota branch. Service advisors are helpful and resourceful. Seating area for customers to wait during the car service is conducive and comfortable. Good social distancing measures were taken during the CMCO (covid-19). Overall good encounter.

First time I sent my car here for service. The service officer that attend to my case is very helpful and he is a no time waster person. I will return here again for my car service in the next service.
Service is ok.problem is they parked the cars under the trees n u will find bird droppings n leaves all over the cars.btw, my new vios has disc brake problem which toyota cannot fix.
Worst experience here ever. Please never come. Booked and paid for a car, but the salesman said it was a mistake by the admin.there is not stock.will need to top up to get another car.
The customer service gone bad after it was taken over by GMART. I have been servicing in this centre for years when it was under Toyota, all was good but the quality is no longer there now. I would suggest Unihub Service Centers or Toyota Petaling Utama.
Used to be a Toyota service branch.
Now it is taken over by another company (G-Mart).
They started selling Toyota cars now in addition to being a service center.
I also notice that they have body shop and designated car wash lot.
Parking space looks ample.
Very fast service and the mechanics are very experience, compared to other Toyota Service Centers. They give very good advise. I really satisfied with their service
Upon arrival. I was greeted by a worker who attended to me until the end of my car service. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. I love the comfortable waiting area which provides complimentary hot drinks n biscuits too. If u have work to do.u can use the working space provided. Toyota always finds way to please its customers.
Extremely slow service! My appointment time at 10: 30am, the staff promised done by 1pm, but waited until 4pm still not done yet. Wasted 3 hours. Please do something about your appointment system.
