Perodua Service Centre Balakong

Very bad service. Just imagine first for 1000km have to wait fo more than five hours. Please somebody from the perodua or the manager in charge of balakong perodua service centre look at the customer feedback. We are very sad of our time loss for waiting due to the very very very poor service from your staf.

Service hampeh. Nak cek kereta rosak pon kena booking.
Dah laa servis lembap macam siput. Failed!
Plus parking kecik, nak parking pon susah kat sini.

I already made appointment 09: 30. Arrive 09: 00 half an hour looking for parking. Security ask to park at road side. Also full. Zzz.

Please shut down your telephone line or shut down the entire service center.if no one answering calls what's the purpose to set up the telephone system?

Overall, need to improve on tracking & handling customer order. Waiting time so long, Management must find the root cause & take necessary corrective action.

U have to book your appointment for service.if not the staff will not entertain u.even u come early in the morning.

Call banyak kali. Ada 3 line. 1 pon tak jawab! Terpaksa call perodua servis ampang untuk buat appointment. Pls balakong! Improve ur customer service mgt.

Sales service is bad! Salesperson (named Pan) said one thing, inaccurate then denied. Then I specifically asked him when can I get the car, he told me I could take the car after signing agreement and payment, but not able to achieve that! Halfway servicing my order went off on-leave! He is irresponsible, dishonest and his words bear no credibility! Not even an apology! Beware of this center!

Never answer call. One time a service assistant install additional part without asking for my permission and straight charge in the bill

Call more than 20 times, but no one pickup the call. Wonder how to set the service appt. Use the whatapps no, also no reply. They should look into this matter seriously.

Perodua has improved a lot in terms of customer service and satisfaction. Their staff was so polite and very helpful.

Sebelum ni ada sedara hantar sini jugak, dapat kereta balik, airiel radio tetiba jadi buruk, byk lah komponen berkaitan hilang.
Aku? Mentol headlight hilang. Brg dlm kereta rosak. Allignment xbuat! Padahal dlm resit bukan main claim lagi. Siap cerita ada carwash, pui.berhabuk je kereta aku.
Korang jaga-jaga. Better check betul2 kereta lepas dapat.

Keep calling many times but nobody pick up at all! WTF nobody working there or all sleeping? Been there for service last time their service are sucks ask the service advisor about my car technical problem but they know nothing just ask me to call to the parts supplier myself. Sucks service center!

You need to make appointment beforehand to get slots and fast service, else you'll mostly get delayed. Call 3 days beforehand is recommended.

Many times no one is answering the service phone line plus there are 3 email addresses for service arrangements. It's time to consolidate the service hotline and email to make it efficient and user-friendly

100 times called! Past 1 week keep calling!
No one pick up the call! Wonder what for they are working! Waste of time.

Buat appointment hari isnin pukul 10.15, tunggu punya tunggu dah 1 jam tk panggil2.pergi tanya dia kata appointment hari selasa. Kau yang cakap dengan aku hari isnin tapi dalam sistem kau tulis hari selasa. Kalau hari selasa memang aku tak hantar la sebab aku busy

Need to improve services, in particular, the telephonist taking bookings for service appointment. Sometimes, our calls are ignored/hung up, and wrong days are set/entered into system for service appointments. These are from my own experience.
