Worst ever service centre I ever been. Can't even fix the WiFi issue for customers when all your staff need to do is restart the router (I'm IT guys). Basically I sit there doing nothing for 2-3 hour. Definitely won't come back here anymore

Best Perodua service centre. Convenience place and helpful staff. (this based on my experience)
The worst Sales Advisor ever (Miky). I come to test drive, but no explanation, no car detail viewing. When we ask her to share a little about the car, she said what do u want to know.such a worst. Before we test drive, she ask are u going to book this car? Because must book once test drive. My question, is it HER FATHERS CAR?
Service: The staff were very polite and helpful. Explained the condition of the car and their recommendations well. Note that at times, it may take time to order parts and you may need to come back another day.
Waiting time: One has to be present within either 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the designated appointment. Otherwise, your turn will be queued. Can range between one hour to 2.5 hours, depending on the type of service and length of queue.
Waiting area: Ample waiting area with light refreshments being offered.
Parking: Can be difficult to find a spot especially before 3pm. Very much busy area.
Excellent and fast service. All details and payments are well explained before we proceed for repair. Just that the payment counter is a little bit slow and need to wait for 15-20mins to make payment
First time dealing dengan sales man dia tersangat lah kurangajar. Sorry will not buy from him or recommend to any of my friends. Cara ckap dengan customer biadab tak belajar cara serve customer. The sales man sombong dan bongkak.
Appointment pukul 3pm kereta masuk pukul 5pm.lepas siap service setengah jam.lebih pun tak boleh lagi buat bayaran.kalau tunggu macam ni, appointment buat untuk apa?
Poor experience, I pergi ke kereta servis hari ini dan lampu brek ketiga saya tidak menyala, jadi saya meminta mereka menukarnya untuk saya, dan harganya juga termasuk dalam invois. Selepas servis selesai, sebelum saya pergi, saya mengesahkan dengan mereka itu lampu brek ada tukar tak, service advisor tu beritahu saya ada ada. Apabila saya pulang, saya mendapati bahawa lampu brek tidak tukar untuk saya. Buang masa saya dan perlu pergi sekali lagi
Salah seorang penjaga kaunter cakap tinggi. Dah banyak senior mekanik tak faham seperti kereta baru.
Very bad and slow service respond.notify defect also very slow.some more need take long time for repair.

1st time service di sini. Bad experience. Boleh pulak panggil semua technician di bay, yg tengah buat kereta customer pun, buat jamuan makan2 di bay. Sekali executive di kaunter pun kosong sebab pergi makan. Customer nak cepat tapi kecewa bila tanya status, tak siap lagi. Habis tu kenapa tak serius buat kerja
Got parking problem. Friendly sales personnel.but services centre got big issues. NO WANT WILL ANSWER YOUR CALL NO MATTER HOW MANY TIME U CALL. Maybe this centre is resort for them. Perodua sales is good so why bother on services income.so it's TIDAK APA ATTITUDE.
Inspection.services.repairworksand staffs are ok.
But foods for sarapan pagi are not ok.before PKP nasi lemak and some cookies were available.but not nowadays.
Oil filter was not installed properly, leading to engine oil leaking, bad service

Pergi buat service yang ke 4 kali, minyak gear tidak tukar. Still full dalam bottle mereka. Saya bayar utk service. Bukan bayar utk beli barang and saya buat sendiri. Kalau saya pandai tukar semua minyak. Saya tidak hantar buat service la. Please la kalau tidak perlu tukar minyak gear cakap awal awal. Xperlu aku bayar lebih. Utk beli minyak gear and buat sendiri.
One thing for sure if you want service to be fast then try to make the earliest appointment if possible. Things will get very slow when near to lunch time and after lunch. Overall it is a nice service centre. Service is reasonable and the place is clean & nice.
First time datang hantar servis ke sini.bermula dari ambik nombor, daftar servis sehingga kereta masuk slot servis sangat baik.
