The showroom is nice but their staff (salesman) attitude is pretty bad. They don't even allow walk in customer to test drive car when there's no other customers. The worst thing I heard from them: "Oh.this car need to wait 3-5months once ordered, so I'll only let you test drive if both of us agree to wait for that long. Or it is just waste of time"
Because of this bad experience, I signed up a car with another showroom on the same day.

1st check up for mu AruzZZZ. Customer Service Assistant was tremendous. Mano taknyo orang kampung Alor Gajah.may keno luku kepalonyo kalau take senyum.hihihi. Other staff also was great and friendly. From kaunter 7,8,5,4 & 3 winning attitude. Keep up the momentum. Maklumlah, bulan puaso tak aku bantai mesin coffee korang. Very cozy launge and clean and tidy surau. Especially, to the guards at front gate. Thank you for your welcoming gesture and bright smile. Furthermore, assisting me with my vehicle parking. Overall, today; Wednesday, 13th 2022 with 11 Ramadhan 1443 Hijrah had a great and spectacular experience at Perodua, Balakong. #twothumbsupfortheteam

Slow and worst service, every date they estimated is wrong (from April till June), keep dragging, nonstop literally

Tempat agak sempit. Susah nak cari parking. Kalau appointment weekend elakkan lah. Boleh pergi branch lain.service & staff tip top!

Each and everyone friendly, polite, wearing face mask, neat and tidy place, follow social distance and am satisfied.

No wonder Perodua beat Proton for No. 1 spot.
MCO S. O. P, you are being seated more than 3 feet from the service counter, hardly hear what the guy is saying. There is also no Acrylic Partition to protect customers from the service counters. Can you imagine how to sign the forms when you are so far away, it is unreachable. BRILLIANT S. O. P

1 star for customer reception counter staff, too noisy and chit chat with each other (not with client) during working hour. But 5 star for car service, car service is good.

Usually have to wait for quite long for the appointment and fixing. But if you come early and make appointment early morning, you will be able to find parking inside the building, instead of parking outside on the road at noon hours. Other than this, the price is reasonable and they do a good job fixing. We now can just make appointment through whatsapp. Just send them message and they will fix a date for you. Quite convenient.

Appointment pukul 2 lebih, then kata siap pukul 5, okay boleh tunggu lagi. Tapi bila pukul 5 kereta tak berganjak kat parking lagi, pukul 6 lebih baru staff ambil kereta kat parking servis. Basic service sekejap je. Menunggu kereta nak masuk bengkel tu yang lama. Ini pukul 7 baru setel. Customer service good cuma kalau rasa kereta lambat siap, lebih dari masa yang dirasakan siap tu, inform balik la, boleh customer balik dulu ke apa ke. 5 jam bro.

Bad experience. Hantar untuk service, siap skali alignment balancing.lepas service lagi teruk.pegi complaint balik suruh pegi buat kedai luar.nk tukar barang untuk warranty.tggu sebulan lebih x de resond.call x dpt2.bila dpt cakap x de rekod pulak.x yah la servis sini.buang masa

Very bad customer service. Twice I called in to arrange for service. Twice they pick up and cut off the line instantly without speaking a word.

Waited 45 mins after registration. Whole session 3.5 hrs. The actual car service is only take less than 30 mins. After car ready but waited 1 hr for payment. Service very very slow.

Lembab, sampai pukul 2, settle semua pukul 5.30.by appointment pun lembab mcm ni x paham betul. And I came on monday. Even weekday pun servis super slow. Dengan line internet takde dekat tempat menunggu.
Sebelum tukar kereta perodua im using proton. For 5 years their service is way better.
Tak pernah servis kereta sampai 3 jam setengah!

No parking, service slow.
The number ticket just 1 number different and I waited 1hour for service.
Balakong business too good, go others service centre will be better.

I call already for appointment and confirm my appointment on 21/9/2019, reach here they ask me when you made appointment? Which number you call? Do you receive any sms? At the last they treat me as walk in customer.then i call for appointment for what? Sembang with your operator?
