Perodua Service Center Keramat

All staffs are friendly and helpful. It was renovated recently and the new ambiance is nice. Parking is still a problem if you come during full house.

Perodua servis keramat kerap kali tidak pulangkan minyak hitam customer. Customer bayar untuk satu botol. So, kena pulangkan lah bakinya

I love thier friendly staff. Love the new refurbishment made.makes it look more spacious. But make appointment are made as parking is limited

The staff are helpful and friendly. Sekarang dah renovate nampak lebih teratur dan selesa. Cuma masalah parking je kena improve.

I used to go to this service centre. The service is actually rather good, professional advice and workflow etc.but the waiting time can get super long. Have chosen to go another KL SC instead.

The staff are kind and helpful. I been referred to them by another perodua center and been using their service about 4+ years.lately I disappointed by their service because I fix my car gear shift and wheel access about RM 5k but after all my gear box is leaking oil and it cost me another 1k Repare the problem they cause me.

Worst car service centre ever.when called the receptions said can walk in.but u have to wait for 4 hours.wasting time.and u dont have any platform to complain here.its like ur complain doesn't work or effect their so called mechanic performance.totally dissapointed.the only reason sending here because have already send previous service here and nearby to work place as wel.not a friendly type of workers or place at all.

First time experience sending a car here, before I just sent near by my house at Sri Rampai. Spechless, parking very limited. No waiting area (lounge) for waiting customer's. Even though, I already make appointment with them, still need to wait for que. I more prefer service in Sri Rampai, because there are offer customer nice place to wait with air condition, food, drinks and TV.

Servia center perodua ni susah giler nak cari parking. Sakit hati wo. Elakkan lah datang servis kat sini. Huhu

The worst ever. I make appointment and they promise 2 hour. But wait 2 hour still not do anything. Please don't do appointment. Just walk-in. Or don't come service here. The worst aver. 9.30 appointment now 12 nothing yet do.

They tried for almost an hour. Five staff including the centre manager. They just wasted our time. I had to ask for a refund and left.

All good so far. I recommend perodua owners who plan to service their car here to book for service appointment. This is to ensure the queue waiting time is minimised.

keep delay and delay things. First they said i can take car on Thursday, then Saturday then next Monday. IT TAKES FOREVER!

WORST EXPERIENCE!

For claiming insurance case, better not send your car here. The WHOLE process is so slow. Person in charge rarely reply customers whatsapp. Not picking up mobile phone call during work hours. Promises meant to be broken.so great! Big applause!

Breakfast provided, walked in but managed to get appointment and completed before noon, cust serv must behave more.

Polite staff, fast service and affordable rates. I always service here comforted by the fact that this is a Perodua center.

Friendly service but the service center needs to be more spacious as more cars are coming for their monthly servicing
