No space incoming service. Parking space deficiency.

Serviced car always need to park outside the gate compound.

If some vehicle came hit&run also there is no proof to claim under 3rdparty insurance.

I love to service my car here. Very comfortable waiting place. Love that they checked my car evenly and recommeded for anybody to visit here.

Horrible waiting time 4 hours just for a minor service, come here only if you have time to waste. Booking time doesn't mean anything to them. No one pick up the call and hard to reschedule the appointment. Same staff with same horrible timing. Got one front counter staff with no manner. Never come back for the next appointment

Great perodua service centre. Busy service centre but manage to get parking. Easy to locate. If no parking inside, can park outside

The car service was good. I was able to get the service ahead from my scheduled appointment. There’s a room for improvement especially in terms of customer service. Greet them and ask for their needs.

Sangat teruk dah booking tapi tak ada dalam sistem. Dah tu dia tak cakap dia bagi nombor untuk walkin punya tunggu sampai 3 jam masih tak panggil nombor.

Located in industrial area, parking a bit limited but the security guard helps and guide where to park. The area much more secluded compare to AU5 service centre. Make sure you booked at the right service centre.

My car battery died. I called Perodua Centre in Setapak which I have been a loyal customer since 2013 but sadly I was very disappointed when I was told that they don’t have any stock and no longer sent their mechanic to houses. Let alone giving any solution to help me out. Then I called Perodua Service Keramat asking for help. Just within 15 min, their mechanic arrived at my parking area. So fast! No wonder they got lots of positive feedback on their customer service. After my car battery problem solved, I straight away booked my slot with Perodua Service Keramat for my car service. To that Perodua Service centre which always got no stock, you just lost a loyal customer!

I called to make appointment on the 25th January 2021 to service my car after chinese new year, appointment was made but after Chinese New year no sms or call from perodua keramat, so i called to confirm my appointment, no appointment was registered and i have to walk in, waste of time calling, not professional at all, no apologies, make sure the person who takes the appointment for calling customer actually do their job, but staff friendly and informative, i give credit for that

Buat appointment tapi ambik masa yang lama untuk minor service. Tak ikut turutan.kereta yg dtg kemudian siap servis. Kita dtg pukul2.4.30 pun xsiap lagi.buang masa

Pusat servis perodua sangat selesa. Para petugas memberi servis dan layanan yg terbaik pada saya. Tahniah dan terima kasih, Perodua.

2. Salinan IC dan Lesen Memandu Pemilik
3. Salinan IC dan Lesen Memandu Pemandu
4. Salinan Polisi/Cover Note Insuran
5. Salinan Geran kereta

Tempoh pembaikan lebih kurang 3 minggu bergantung pada tahap kerosakan, kelulusan insuran dan kesediaan alat ganti.

Top class service. Send both my Perodua cars there now. Gives full details and pricing of service requirements. Friendly staff and professional technicians. Comfortable waiting area with refreshments provided, though temporarily stopped due to the current MCO. Exemplary Centre for others. Only downside is a lack of parking area. Good job, Perodua! Keep it up.

Sy baru hantar servis dlm bln 12 2019.dan cerita lah sy x selesa bw kereta wlpun dan pam tayar.pihak sana konon lah check kata breakpad belah kanan nipis.walhal mereka x check balancing tayar dan mereka HANYA GUNA pengikat d.i. Y utk ketatkan batang paip tayar hadapan kereta sy.sy perasaan pun ketika sy tukar tayar dgn rim baru bbrp hari lepas di bengkel lain
