People were nice and helpful. They also have 2nd hand cars that are worth to look at if you have a tight budget. The showroom displays a range of different perodua cars that you can try.

Servis sangat cepat, dalam 2 jam dah siap. Maybe sebab servis pertama untuk kereta. Good customer service too! First time dapat makan nasi lemak kat tempat servis: D cuma jalan nak masuk ke tempat tu je crowded & kecil sikit. Selain dari tu semua okay

Parking is very crowded and limited here. However the service from service advisor and mechanic was good. I really enjoy serviced my car here. The waiting area is big and there are ample of seat. The aircond was cold and the floor was very clean. They also served refreshment for customer. I really love their big glass window and see my my car from the waiting area

Bad experience when having a walk-in car service. Wait at outlet from 10am till 5pm (acceptable since i didn’t make prior appointment due to urgent matter). What surprised me is that they charged me car cabin purifier & antibacterial without even trying to call me to get my permission when i was at outlet waiting (staff assumed that i am outside and don’t bother to attempt to call). The only call i get is when it is due for payment and i am made to pay since service has been rendered. In addition, the SA didnt even have the guts to stay on and explain when i requested explanation from the cashier (excuses is that the SA Fahmi has gone back home). What kind of nonsense service from Perodua? If you unable to cater for walk-in, just politely decline and not made me wait and thereafter charge me for optional service. I can afford to pay if you explained nicely and it is up for me to give and not for you to take! Banned this outlet from my list of car service centre and if this is Perodua’s level of service, rest assured i am never supporting the brand ever again!

Friendly staff and very comfortable. One of the staff name Khairi give us so much of explanation he is superb friendly keep it up bro you're doing a great job. Basically it's very rare to see a person like Cik Khairi. Im happy to send my car here and will come again for upcoming service

This has been my goto place to service my Alza for many years.

Unfortunately, my latest encounter with this branch was a negative experience.

No one picked up the phone for several days I wanted to know what service is due.

I finally booked through the app for an 11.15 am appointment today.

I arrived at 11.00 am and waited until almost noon (still many numbers in front of me) and still no one I can talk to understand what is to be serviced.

And the service advisor just said to either wait or leave my car and they will service as they see fit: (

Because of this, I decided to cancel and maybe book again on another day.

It seems like this branch is currently extremely short handed.

My 2 star rating is generous in view of my previous encounter with this branch.

Other wise it would have got a zero or even negative.

UTK servis minyak enjin ok la, Kalau nak repair part² lain yang rosak baik jangan, harga cekik darah.padahal majoriti melayu, tapi harga 2 kali ganda mahal.rasa tertipu PLK first time tukar barang, servey Tya dkt bengkel luar dgn shoppe jauh beza harga, hmm rasa tertipu PLK.

Had to wait 4+ hours for 20k service, which supposed to take 1-2hrs only. Turns out they missed out my car.

I must say this is good place for those who want to service Perodua car. All good. From registration, location, adequate car park, waiting area for those who want to wait, and good customer service.

Byk pembaharuan kat pusat servis ni. Semakin luas dan selesa. Hampir 9 tahun dah servis keta kat sini. Cuma tu la parking nak letak keta je yg kurang.

I called to make an appointment for more than 10 times within two days. So the next morning after attempting to call for the last time, I dropped by the center to ask for an appointment and my husband saw the phone ringing right in front of the customer service guy, left unanswered. Am I supposed to drop by at the service in order to just set an appointment for the following week? Why can't anybody just freaking answer the phone? If you wish to not answer the phone, please remove your telephone to avoid frustration from potential customers like me.

Rating teruk sebab rasanya harganya makin mahal kalu compare tempat lain. Buat bayaran takde resit katanya nak email sampai kesudahnya tak sampai². Dah 4 hari tunggu. Pelik sungguh sistem perodua brach keramat ni.

Hantar kereta sejak 2010. Dah makin maju. Kereta pun dah makin banyak. Appointment pun dah makin susah. Tak pasal-pasal hari sabtu pun diorang kena kerja full day. Tapi still puas hati dengan service diorang. Disarankan utk tinggalkan je kereta sementara nak service/repair kalau tak nak pishang menunggu.

Great service provided by Keramat branch but sadly due to limited parking space need to park nearby roadside and will need to walk about 50 - 100 meters before reaching their service centre.

I have went to few service centre.think this is the best one.so I becoming a regular customer. Pls find Hafiz - one of the best staff there.

Rude to customer. Promised to fix car, its been a month. Now, add more days to fix other problems.

The service center is much better now compared to before the renovation. The ticket number system is clear, the chairs are decently comfortable, the aircond is cold, the glass window in the waiting area is big and nice to see ur car being serviced. There is some refreshments for customers. But please la don't take and put in ur bag to bring home. It's for all the customers to share. Not for you to bring home. Packet drinks, water, sometimes there is hot tea which is nice when it's cold. Service is reasonably fast if it's a normal service, around 1 hour. But once u add on things like alignment, change break pads, disk sanding, hydraulic change.it can take much longer up to 3 hours above.there are work stations to do your work. Charge ur phones. USB be charging sockets and General tv in the lounge. I usually watch Netflix while waiting. Bathrooms are decent. Payments are fast, cash and card, parking is very limited. They need to improve their parking spots.
