Perodua DMM Shah Alam

They been trying to convince me to change parts which I already change on previous service. For someone who did not aware of this, its a waste of money! But whenever I request parts to change, they said its not included in the package, have to wait next service. Smh.

Mahal. Benda tapayah tukar lagi, dia suruh kita tukar jugak. Tayah datang sini. Baik g dmm oj, much better service advisor dia.

Sales man yang sporting. Bertanggungjawab. Setiap tahun kalau mau beli kereta baru boleh beli di sini.ada diskaun tu.

Excellent service centre, appointment was set at 930am and my car was received as per appointment time. The center also provided breakfast and drinks FOC which is good especially for those on the go. Very happy overall.

Customer service was good. But quality of car service worst. If I know everything about car problem than why should I go to you? Waste of my time

Avoid Saturday if you can, as it will always be crowded and super slower service (although you already book a slot). Waiting lounge quite comfortable.

Servis kereta ok cuma cashier kena belajar courtesy sikit. Tak patut campak kad debit customer, boleh je hulur elok2 kan.

Went there to see the newly launched Aruz. Despite the low number of prospective car buyers there, no one bothered to approach me or my wife who was looking to get one. After checking out the car ourselves, we left. No car purchased. Another customer lost.

Good waiting area. Good services from the staffs. They provide refreshments (usually nasi lemak & kuih muih) for customers. Clean and spacious restrooms too. Surau pun ada.

Service urgency that relates to the waiting time for their cars and the journey taken by a snail from KL to Shah Alam

Service and everything is good. Waiting area super comfortable and there is refreshment prepared for the customer. Unfortunately the staff working at the cashier counter not very friendly and did not smile at all.

Always sent my car for service here. But somehow u need to verify all services is made properly.

Service Reception and Customer Lounge is more spacious, Great Coffee Machine that provides free Cappuccino, Latte, Hot Chocolate and Breakfast.

Showroom and Service center for Perodua and Daihatsu vehicle, friendly customer service and good workmanship. They also serve condiments early in the morning and drinks through out the day when i service my car there.

Jangan book appointment by call. Staff semua takkan angkat call. Serious call lah beribu kali. Takkan angkat sbb i dah try call time kat sini. Diorg semua buat tak tahu dgn bunyi call. Pls management aware of their lazy staff!

You should make appointment before you come okay surprisingly they provide bfast for some of the customers well done

Place clean and comfortable. Salesman friendly and efficient in the description of a new vehicle.

Waiting time is tiring. Called by SA at 10.30am being promised car will be ready at 12noon. At 11.55am only they drove the car into workshop area & completed service at 12.15pm.

The customer service is top notch but the quality of car service is probably the worst I have seen. Sent my wife's car for service last week, spend considerable amount of money but the car came back without the wiper water tank getting filled & spare tire not checked. I now have doubts if they have done all other services.
